Feeling a bit stuck in life? Been in therapy before, but not sure how to use your tools? Do you identify as a high achiever or perfectionist who's motivated for change? Then we may be a good fit! As someone who has done therapy before, I understand the first step to transformation is not always easy.
Welcome! I'm Janna Fennell, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in MN, VA, and NY, based in Minnesota. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and English from Dartmouth College and my Master’s in Counseling from Bethel University. I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years.
My therapy style is direct, yet compassionate and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space while staying honest and solution-focused. I use a holistic, integrative approach, blending evidence-based talk therapy with mind-body and mindfulness practices. I ask thought-provoking questions, offer feedback, and challenge unhelpful patterns. This has helped teens and adults learn new tools, self-reflect, and dig deep so they can grow and create the changes that they seek.
I encourage people to actively participate in therapy and expect effort in making changes to achieve their goals. I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs. Some approaches include CBT, DBT, client-focused, short-term solution-focused, strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and integrative mental health methods (e.g., breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, PMR, body scan).
For clients new to therapy, keep in mind it may sometimes require stepping outside of your comfort zone by learning new tools that you may not have tried before, hearing a different perspective you may not have considered, and even talking about concerns that may be difficult to process, but it does get easier with time. Remember, I am there every step of the way to help guide and support you!

Welcome! I'm Violet Wurtzberger.
First, please take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and many more. I believe you are the expert in yourself and I there to assist in this process. I see therapy like you are driving the car and I am in the passenger seat riding copilot offering new tools, organizing the tools you already have and providing a different perspective.
More than any modality of therapy the success therapy is dependent on how you, the client, feel in the relationship with your therapist. It is not something to tough out and I encourage you to work with someone you feel you connect with, can be open and honest with.
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed care across private practice, healthcare systems, and virtual settings. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that meaningful change happens when care is tailored to the whole person. I support individuals, families, and professionals as they navigate challenges and strengthen their overall mental wellness.
I have experience working with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, and major life transitions. My approach is flexible and responsive, allowing therapy to meet you where you are while helping you move toward greater stability, clarity, and resilience.
I believe that every person possesses the inner strength and resources needed to find happiness and healing. As a transgender woman, I understand both the internal and external forces that can stir self-doubt, amplify fear, and lead to deep feelings of loneliness and uncertainty. I also know—through both personal and professional experience—that self-acceptance and joy are not only possible, but also within reach. Science consistently shows that those who seek support often find meaningful relief and lasting change.
I bring to my practice a mindfulness-based approach grounded in compassion, presence, and affirmation. My work is especially focused on serving the LGBTQAI+ community, though I warmly welcome anyone seeking an empathic, nonjudgmental partner in their journey toward a more fulfilling life.
In addition to my clinical work, I have served as an adjunct and visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis, and as professor and dean of the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. My academic and clinical experiences have always been deeply interconnected, and both continue to inform my commitment to human dignity, resilience, and transformation.
I’m Pamela Andrews, LCSW and I help clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, and/or OCD so they can feel grounded, confident, and in control of their lives again. My clients are often people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and ERP, along with a compassionate, faith-informed lens when desired, I help clients break free from old patterns, calm their nervous systems, and build lives rooted in clarity, peace, and purpose.
Welcome, I am Mitchell Daas.
I think it's a big deal you're looking for therapy today and I want to be a support in finding a therapist that is comforting and needed for your own goals and needs in therapy and life. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota with over 8 years of experience working as a Dialectical Behavior Therapist and Outpatient Therapist. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal relationship conflict, career, OCD, and ADHD. I emphasize the idea to create a welcoming and supportive environment in therapy and help improve your quality of life. I am here if that is something you're looking for.
My first career includes 17 years of retail management. I worked in multiple divisions, environments, and roles within the retail management industry. Most of my experiences were in the Big-Box retail environments or within the corporate office environment, so I understand the expectations and stressors of P&L management, marketing, staff performance/recruitment/training & development, shrinkage, O.S.H.A. compliance, and merchandising. I transitioned from the retail management industry to the human services industry in March of 2010 after receiving my master’s degree in Human Services with a specialty in Mental Health Counseling. I recently obtained a doctorate degree in Human Services.
This information is pertinent for adults who need assistance to cope with work-life balance, corporate industry standards, stressful work environments, conflict management with co-workers, and work performance due to compassion fatigue or inappropriate time management.
Thank you for taking steps toward improving your well-being! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Clinical Child and Family Psychology, Crisis Management, and Christian Counseling, I bring over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families cope with anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and life transitions such as death, divorce, and job loss. My goal is to foster a brave space where all thoughts and feelings are valued, allowing clients to embrace vulnerability. Together, we will work on creating meaningful personal goals to support your overall well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
As a therapist dually licensed in counseling and substance use treatment, I believe every person carries unique strengths, stories, and untapped potential. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and practical life-skills development. I’m passionate about helping clients understand how early experiences and relationships shape the way they see themselves, navigate challenges, and connect with others—and I’m continually inspired by the powerful ways therapy, supported by neuroscience, can help the brain and body heal.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in traveling, lifelong learning, reading, and cherishing time with my friends and family. I’m also deeply connected to the mind–body relationship and believe that true healing honors both. And on any given day, you’ll likely hear me mention my love of animals—especially my beloved corgis—who remind me daily of the importance of presence, curiosity, and play.
I specialize in working with adults and teens who are navigating stress, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and other challenges that impact daily life. I also support individuals experiencing women’s health concerns, postpartum transitions, LGBTQIA identity exploration, college‑related stress, and the unique pressures that come with caregiving roles. I will work collaboratively on goals and ensure you feel safe and heard through the process.
With 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I draw from evidence‑based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, complex trauma CBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space.
