My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Attachment is the foundation of my therapy practice. It is important to identifying the style of coping in relationship so that we know how to best address how stress, trauma and life experiences effected the attachment of you to your relationships.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

Trauma Informed Care

I used body mind techniques like somatic experiencing to support emotional processing through adverse childhood and adult experiences, helping build skills to address fears, phobias, and blocks to growth.
