I do my first session by audio to allow me to take notes that are secured for your privacy. I prefer to do video sessions, but will do audio also on our second visit. The first session is like a "meet and greet" session where we get to know each other. I will ask several questions in this session so that I can start to formulate what would be most helpful to you. You can also ask me any questions you have during this time. I will reiterate how I focus my therapy and encourage you to tell me if this therapy focus is not what you what you had in mind or are not comfortable with.
