Hello and a warm welcome to you, I'm Karre, she/her.
You are welcome to reach out to me directly to schedule a short consultation to see if we are a good fit or check in about availability options.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping facilitate positive change with a diverse clientele. Through my massage therapy practice, I discovered the healing that is possible for both myself and my clients. Inspired by the many years of personal narratives, shared with me during bodywork sessions, I continued my journey into mental health. Healing of the whole person, mind-body-spirit, is central to my clinical practice.
Exploring self-talk, physical wellness, inspiration, values, goals, and balance. I love my work, helping clients to discover, recover, and embrace their inner strengths, moving towards fulfillment and joy is a privilege. I am always eager to learn and train, finding different ways of approaching my work to provide optimum care.
Those closest to me know me as an ardent mom, wife, and nana, a traveler, and an arts-inspired social equality-loving creator.

Hey, everyone! Welcome!
My name is Samantha and I have been a clinician for the past twelve years or so. I love helping my clients to reach their full potential and to achieve their goals, and I find being a clinician to be so special and rewarding. I have experience working with clients of all ages in settings such as K-12 schools, juvenile justice, long-term care/geriatrics, etc.
I am a mom, and it is the BEST job in the world and yet is also the most challenging job in the world! What a rollercoaster ride, huh? In my free time I enjoy listening to audiobooks, de-cluttering (it's therapeutic for me!), and spending time with my family. Fun fact- I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and I took two years of Japanese language classes in high school!

My name is Kristine and I would love to collaborate with you! I assist individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, life changes, and other destabilizing stressors. I practice cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and my therapeutic style is warm and encouraging. What is CBT? It's the work of understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and developing expertise in our feedback loops to effect positive changes in our lives. In addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy, my background includes mindfulness-based stress reduction.
I earned a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and have since found my niche working with adults in clinical settings. My experience includes providing therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention to clients presenting with a broad range of issues, including substance misuse and abuse, trauma, and major chronic and/or life-threatening medical conditions.

Hello! I am a Professional Counselor licensed in several states with over 18 years of experience empowering individuals to cope with difficulties and make peace with their bodies and circumstances. I have a variety of personal and professional experiences that contribute to the development of my empathy, understanding, and relatability including surviving cancer.
On-going battles with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic pain, and prolonged illness like cancer and infertility can leave people feeling broken, hopeless, and helpless. Sometimes maladaptive coping behaviors like emotional eating, perfectionism, people pleasing, low motivation, negative self-talk, anger outbursts, poor relationships, and others are consequences of these struggles. I will use Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, Insight-Oriented, and Intuitive Eating therapies to help you live your best life.
Starting counseling can be very “nerve-racking.” I will try to make it as comfortable as possible. My counseling style is warm, patient, and client-centered. I encourage my clients to develop their own goals and areas of focus, but I am always there to help guide them. Also, I am very logical and insight-oriented. My clients often comment that I have helped them develop new understandings and perspectives. Finally, I work hard to be culturally competent. I have lived and traveled all over the world; therefore I am very open to understanding and accepting others. If you are ready to begin a journey of healing and empowerment, I am here to help you!! I look forward to hearing from you soon!!

Welcome to Safe Haven Counseling, LLC. My name is Allison Krauss Randall and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience providing counseling services to women, men and children who have experienced trauma, loss and stress in their relationships and in their lives. I am trauma informed and trained as well as have trained over 200 therapists nationally regarding the impact of trauma on our attachments and relationships.
I know both personally and professionally how important healthy, meaningful relationships are to our overall well-being. I also know the profound impact when our most important relationships are full of stress, hurt, betrayal and trauma. I have extensive knowledge on the impact of trauma when we desire loving supportive connections. I desire to create a "safe haven" where individuals can feel a sense of calm in the storms of their traumatic relationships to explore, process and heal the broken pieces of our hearts when our connections hurt rather than support.

Hello, I am an experienced clinical trauma professional who engages in a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach in my work with racially, economically, sexually, and culturally diverse persons. As a licensed clinical social worker, clinical trauma professional, and mental health integrative medicine professional, I focus on the clients as people, not as conditions or as diagnoses.
In working with chronically and complexly traumatized individuals, couples, and families I recognize and interact with clients affirming that they are deserving of empathy, respect, and dignity. To this end, the treatment methods I use are tailored and combined to meet the needs of each specific individual, couple, and family I work with.
I counsel clients who are struggling with traumatic stress disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, problem behaviors, and addictive behaviors. The healing journey intentionally addresses the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Evidenced-based traditional, holistic, and expressively creative client-centered therapeutic processes and interventions are used to help clients overcome limiting, self-defeating thoughts & feelings about self-worth, relationships, and patterns of choices that lead to dysfunctional behaviors. Clients learn to manage the underlying issues that interfere with family, social, vocational, or educational functioning.

I would like to provide people with the best possible counseling to meet them where they are at. I am person centered and am aware everyone is different and have different needs and goals important to be aware of in the counseling process.
I have been in the field for over 30 years working with those with all diagnoses especially anxiety, depression and substance use. I offer strategies to ease the symptoms of these to then be able to work on changing thoughts to then change behaviors.
I am motivated to help you to be able to manage your symptoms and become aware that you can control your thoughts and behaviors and improve your quality of life.

People can make better decisions if they have enough information and understanding about how counseling works. Here are some aspects of counseling and therapy as I perceive and practice it: Therapeutic counseling requires your active involvement including efforts to change any self-defeating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will be asked to work both in and out of the therapeutic counseling sessions. I may occasionally request that you do “homework” (ok-not a formal request because life happens and inevitably it will be that you have life duties to attend to but maybe jotting things down or making notes for yourself kind of homework) by way of providing you with further reinforcement to concepts discussed in session or simply to prompt further insight and self- exploration. There are no instant, painless, or passive cures, no “magic pills”. Instead, there will be ongoing personal and spiritual growth that can occur with your conscious effort. Most likely, you will need to work on improving stress management, cognitions (e.g. beliefs and thought processes), emotional health, relationships, and your general lifestyle if counseling is to be successful. Sometimes change will be relatively easy but more often change takes much effort, time, and persistence. My hope for you is that you grow into your best self in the present and that that allows you to be your best version for your future. Therapy is about YOU and your needs. I specialize in trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders and am an LGBTQ++ ally and kink-aware professional.
