Are you feeling anxious? Sad? Lonely? I'm here to tell you that whatever you're feeling is okay. Your feelings are completely valid and deserve to be heard. By working with me, we will go on a journey within to understand your emotions, validate them, process them and get to a place where you're better able to manage them. I am a holistic mindfulness-based therapist who specializes in helping motivated adults manage their emotions, heal their inner child wounds, increase their self-esteem, improve their relationships, navigate their career and ultimately create a life they love. I am an empathetic, compassionate listener and will take the time to truly be present with you. While being present during our sessions, I will utilize several therapeutic modalities that are evidenced-based and widely used, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to therapy. Each session will be tailored to you and what we decide together will help you best.
In our first session, we will have brief introductions. We will then dive into the challenges you are facing and what you want to work on. At the end, we will create a treatment plan that highlights your goals that will be at the basis of every session going forward.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy
Being empathetic and truly taking the time to listen and give you the space that you need to feel heard are my biggest strengths. At the same time, pointing out behaviors and patterns that impact your life and working on ways to solve them in order to create the life you want is vital during our sessions. Using different mindfulness techniques is something I specialize in--from progressive muscle relaxation, mindful deep-breathing, guided imagery to inner child healing, I provide holistic therapy that focuses on the relationship between the mind and body.
