New clients continue care with this provider

I’m an LCSW currently licensed in CT, MA, NH, and ME. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s practical and empowering. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions or grief, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where growth and change feel possible. My role is not to “fix” but to walk with you to gain insight, develop tools and move towards the version of you that feels most authentic.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We'll start with introductions and then get into the reason you are seeking therapy to help with creating a plan for us to work through in following sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Creating a safe and supportive space where growth and change feel possible.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults who come to therapy with a desire to grow and make positive changes. They recognize that certain patterns, such as avoidance, overthinking, or emotional reactivity, are interfering with their quality of life. They may not fully understand the root causes of these patterns yet, but they are open to exploring them and eager to develop healthier ways of coping.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and empowering. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based therapy, integrating both evidence-based strategies and a focus on each client’s unique capabilities and inner resources. You can expect a warm, supportive, and structured space where we work together toward your goals. Whether you're navigating a specific life challenge or looking to better understand yourself, I aim to provide tools, insight, and encouragement that support real and sustainable growth.
