I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who blends clinical precision with genuine human connection. I don’t believe therapy should feel distant or scripted, it should feel intentional, focused, and grounded in real conversation. I’m engaged, attentive, and not afraid to ask the thoughtful questions that move us past surface level insight.
Clients work with me because I balance warmth with direction. I’ll validate your experience, but I’ll also help you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. When appropriate, I bring a grounded sense of humor and authenticity into the room, because meaningful work can still feel approachable.
If you’re looking for therapy that is purposeful, collaborative, and designed to create lasting change, you’ll find that here.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background in mental health care across various settings and states. Outpatient therapy and telehealth therapy services are my primary focus. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect for each client's unique experiences and emotions. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently practicing in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. In practice, I incorporate somatic practices, using a polyvagal lens, with traditional talk therapy. This combined approach supports clients with better understanding themselves and what they are going through. Clients learn how to regulate their nervous systems through effective self-care practices as they work towards living the life they want.
Sometimes life feels unmanageable or even unfamiliar; the heaviness is more than you can bear. Do you feel overwhelmed or overlooked? My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to use your voice in identifying solutions for your life.
Hello, I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Albany University in New York and have been practicing for over 12 years. Some of the best experience as a therapist have been working with teens, young adults, parents, and the queer community - sometimes these "population" overlap of course; I love working with people seeking to bring their various histories, and identities into cohesion.
For more than 25 years as a social worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. Over the years, I have learned that growth rarely happens in a straight line. It often begins with small steps, honest conversations, and the willingness to try something new. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, even during life’s most difficult seasons, and that healing is possible when people feel supported, respected, and understood.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I blend evidence-based practices with humor, grace, and gentle persistence to help clients move toward the life they want. In our work together, we will focus on what is already working, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical coping skills that fit your unique needs and values. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can speak openly, explore challenges without judgment, and feel encouraged to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.
I also believe therapy should be both practical and empowering. Together, we will look for creative solutions, build resilience, and strengthen your confidence in handling whatever comes your way. Change is not always easy, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you reduce your struggles, reconnect with your strengths, and discover the tools you need not just to cope, but to thrive in your daily life and relationships. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels manageable, hopeful, and grounded in your strengths so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Hi, I'm Cindy.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and divorce, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
My approach is warm, genuine, and direct. I don't believe therapy should feel like repeating the same story every week without making progress. Together, we'll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, process past experiences that continue to impact your present, and develop practical tools that help you create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, grieving a loss, struggling in your relationships, or navigating a major life transition, I'll meet you where you are. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and purpose.

Welcome to Grow Therapy!
I'm looking forward to working with you to support your goals and enhance your overall well-being. My approach draws on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help individuals better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
The primary approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful or distorted thought patterns to improve emotional well-being and promote healthier behaviors. DBT emphasizes building practical skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with graduate degrees in Social Work and Physical Education, I've devoted my career to understanding how trauma shapes the mind, body, and the stories we tell ourselves. My work has taken me through military service, law enforcement, homeless work, suicide prevention, and complex mental health, giving me the privilege of walking alongside people during some of the most painful and defining moments of their lives. Those experiences didn't just shape my career—they shaped who I am and how I practice. I've lived through experiences that forced me to confront fear, grief, shame, loss, and the devastating consequences of believing I had to carry those burdens alone. I've seen what trauma can do to the human spirit, and I've also seen what becomes possible when someone is finally understood instead of judged. That belief is the foundation of my practice.
My style is explorational, affirmative and always respectful of where you’ve come from and the goals you’d like to meet in the coming days. We’ll explore your life experiences--and seek to add understanding and self-compassion. I am a Board-Certified Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress licensed in Massachusetts, Oregon and Florida, and I have earned two Masters degrees--my second Masters is in Counseling Psychology.
I Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I focus on helping clients move from where they are to where they want to be utilizing evidence based therapeutic modalities.
Hi there, I am Belma Johnson. I am an LICSW with over 20 years experience working with adolescents in various settings, including in the school system. I am kind, genuine, relatable, and funny. I utilize the elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so in plain words, I help young people identify negative thoughts and behaviors that might be causing them some emotional stress. I work with my clients on finding coping mechanisms that they can put in their own coping skills toolbox that can help in the school or family setting.
Hello and Welcome! I have been practicing clinical social work for fifteen years and take great pride in helping others. I have worked with clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma response symptoms, mania and so much more. My approach is always about meeting you where you are at. My skill set includes years of practicing CBT, trauma processing, solution focused work, motivational interviewing, relational and psychodynamic techniques. My previous work experience includes a variety of settings with most of those years being in outpatient behavioral health. What I have always been most impressed with is the amount of strength and resiliency each person I meet already possesses. If you decide to join me in therapy, I eagerly await helping you to identify and build upon your own strengths and resiliency.
I’m Christine Bile, LICSW.
