About me

Hi! I'm a bicultural, bilingual independently license clinical social worker. I received my Masters Degree from Simmons University in 2016. I have 9 years of experience doing outpatient individual, group and family therapy. Most of my work has been focused on trauma processing, grief processing and improving symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have taught clients many self-regulation skills and body focused relaxation techniques to help improve their mood, sleep and quality of life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, clients could expect to introduce themselves and their concerns. Clients could expect to elaborate on specific challenges they are facing and the goals they have for their treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in this field for the past 9 years, I believe my greatest strengths are how open minded and flexible I am. I believe my compassion, reliability and non-judgmental attitude brings a safe place for people to be their most vulnerable self in our sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work mostly with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, poor boundaries. I also support adults in processing trauma and grief. My clients are eager to make positive changes, but don't yet have the tools needed to make these changes.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I completed a level one IFS training which helped me learn how to assist clients in exploring their different parts and how these parts are contributing to healthy and unhealthy patterns in their life. For the past 5 years, I have been able to provide therapy to clients assisting them in building a strong relationship with their core self and promote healing for parts of them that are not serving them in a healthy manner.

Trauma Informed Care

For the past nine years, I have used a trauma informed framework to help my clients who have experienced trauma understand how their trauma has impacted their different parts of them and finding ways to help them validate, process and heal these traumatic experiences.
