Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed professional counselor specializing in supporting individuals—especially college, graduate students, and high functioning adults—living with chronic illness, anxiety, and high academic pressure. I help clients navigate people-pleasing, perfectionism, and identity development with compassion and care. My approach is collaborative, paced, and grounded in building self-trust and realistic, chosen joy. Don’t be a stranger and reach out today if you are ready to prioritize support in your life.
Hi! I am so happy to meet you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 22 years of experience in behavioral/mental healthcare field. I graduated from a tiny little college in Pineville, LA-Louisiana College-with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and went on to earn my masters degree from LSU-GO TIGERS!- a year later.
My passion is to work with people who think they have unsolvable problems and walk alongside them as their problems become smaller and more manageable than they first believed.
Many of my clients find that in the beginning of therapy they have no idea what can possibly help their situation. I’m not going to lie here, their issues can look really daunting. My promise to them and to every person that I help is that you are not in this alone. I am committed to walk along with you and not leave your side until you have the tools, knowledge, and strength to move forward without me. I promise that I will not quit until you decide the mission is complete.
Hi, I’m Victoria Young, LPC-S a licensed therapist who helps women navigate the moments that overwhelm us most. Maybe you’re grieving a pregnancy loss no one else fully understands, carrying sadness with no neat timeline. Maybe motherhood looks nothing like you imagined ; you love your baby fiercely, but you’re also touched-out, sleep-deprived, and wondering where you went in all of it. Maybe you’re managing a new diagnosis while trying to hold everything else together, or figuring out what it looks like to build a full, connected life while living with HIV. Maybe you look completely fine on the outside , successful, capable, put-together while inside you’re running on anxiety, exhaustion, or a sadness you can’t quite name out loud. Maybe you’re simply trying to figure out who you are amid career pressure, relationship strain, & everyone needing a piece of you. I get it, genuinely. I’ve lived pieces of this myself the fertility struggles, the identity shifts of motherhood, the pressure to hold it all together while looking like I had it handled. That’s a big part of why this work matters so deeply to me, and why I show up fully for the women I work with. I also provide dedicated, compassionate support to women newly diagnosed with or living with HIV helping you process the emotional weight of diagnosis, navigate stigma, and move forward without shame. In our sessions, you’ll find a space with zero judgment just real, tailored support using CBT, mindfulness, and practical tools that fit your life, not a generic script. I specialize in reproductive loss, postpartum depression, sexual trauma, and high-functioning anxiety and depression, but at the core, my work is helping women feel less alone, less depleted, & more like themselves again.
You don’t have to keep functioning on empty. Let’s talk.

i, I'm Leonard G. Crider, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana offering telehealth therapy for adults. I work with a lot of men navigating things they've never had a real space to talk through, and I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care for clients who want a therapist who understands the landscape without needing it explained from scratch. My own varied life and work experience gives me a genuine, grounded perspective on how differently people move through hard things — I bring that into every session. My goal is to help you work through whatever life is throwing at you right now, rooted in real respect for who you are.
I grew up in a small rural area in Louisiana. I graduated high school from Port Allen High School and hold a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology and Master of Arts Degree in Menthal Health Counseling from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Virginia. I have 22 years of experience in Counseling. I am also a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Therapist (BC-MTH) therefore theraphy sessions my be provided in person or via HIPAA compliant tele-network service. I have two sons, Bryson (22 years old) and Nicholas (17 years old).
If stress, anxiety, or relationships keep pulling you off balance, that’s worth addressing. My style is warm, direct, and practical, with humor when it helps you exhale. We’ll focus on boundaries, emotional safety, clear requests, and follow-through—so progress shows up outside session. CBT, Gestalt, Somatic, and Mindfulness techniques used. Client first.
Before this career, I spent years in restaurants and behind the bar, where you learn fast how to read the room, listen between the lines, and help people feel able to advocate for themselves. That real world experience shaped how I show up in therapy: grounded, attentive, and genuinely interested in your story.
I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.

I am a faith based counselor, I work with first responders and veterans, college students, new moms, and women who are retiring and asking what now? I enjoy helping people at the different stages of life in adult hood. We don't stop growing just because we're adults!
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy when needed. I believe the best modality is following the Bible and living God's will for our lives. I have a laid back approach and prefer to get to know the person first then the issues. I love to laugh and try to bring a light hearted approach to sessions. I also know when to confront with kindness and help people get "unstuck". I am a proud graduate of Liberty University and am a band mom to a high school marching band member. I love to read in my free time.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for Telehealth in Louisiana. I currently accept most insurances in Louisiana, with more being added weekly.
Hello, I am Shari.
Are you looking for someone you can feel safe to address your needs and not feel judged? Are you looking for someone authentic and supportive? Are you having difficulty finding someone who will be honest and direct?
I work well with anyone who is motivated to start addressing their concerns right away. I believe finding the right therapist can be challenging, but it should not be a barrier to getting help. Finding a therapist should feel comfortable and natural. I am told I have a way of helping people feel as if they have known me before.
I like to get an understanding of the source of your problem. Then together we explore how the source influences your thinking. People live life through their experiences which do not always serve us very well in today's time. I also believe in working from a holistic approach. Did you know our daily routines can prolong your recovery or cause mental instability? I have experienced being in a therapeutic relationship and believe in normalizing the need to get help in this way.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complex transitions and challenges. In my practice, I offer a collaborative, down-to-earth space where clinical expertise meets genuine warmth, allowing you to explore your experiences safely and without judgment. Whether you are seeking to break out of old patterns, develop practical coping strategies, or cultivate deeper personal growth, my goal is to work collaboratively with you as an active partner in your healing journey.

By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance.
I offer online counseling to individuals, families and groups to help them develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges in life. Hi, I'm Julie Este-McDonald — a Licensed Professional Counselor, Executive Coach, and doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology who researches burnout. I'm passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with who they are beneath the weight of everything they've been carrying.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, life transitions, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly holding it all together. I have a particular heart for women — and especially Black women — who are managing the layered demands of high achievement, caregiving, leadership, and everything in between.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-aware, meaning I pay close attention not just to what you're experiencing, but to how your history has shaped the way you move through the world. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you examine the thought patterns influencing how you see yourself and others, and I bring warmth, honesty, and practical tools to every session.
For clients who want faith to be part of the conversation, I'm also equipped to hold that space. With a post-graduate certificate in Pastoral Counseling, I support clients integrating spirituality into their healing — as well as those deconstructing or reimagining their relationship with faith altogether, including those navigating religious trauma.
Whether you're brand new to therapy or returning to go deeper, my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe, genuinely seen, and supported in building a life that feels as good on the inside as it may already look on the outside.

Hello and welcome! My name is Richelle Van Buren-Walls and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in the social work field for 16 years and directly as a mental health clinical since 2017. Over the years I have served a diverse range of populations. I began my career as a social worker providing treatment to underserved and at-risk populations in community mental health. My background also includes providing specialized treatment to first responders, veterans and active-duty military members. Life is beautiful but anxiety, stress, depression, and even trauma can make it difficult to live your life the way you want. Whether you're new to therapy or you've been on this journey before, it can be nerve-wracking to reach out. I'm here to listen and support you as you find your path.
I’m a mental health therapist committed to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and resilience in their lives. Many of the people I work with are navigating stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, and they want a safe space to feel supported and understood. My approach is compassionate and practical, blending evidence-based strategies with culturally responsive care to help you discover your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long.
I work with executives, founders, business owners, and high-performing professionals who balance demanding careers with the responsibilities of being partners and parents. Together, we transform overwhelm, perfectionism, chronic stress, and work-life imbalance into clarity, resilience, and purposeful action.
We will identify blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries.
Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay.
With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical solutions by offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world.
I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, co-parenting, reunification, and other psycho-legal consultations all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments.

Hello! Thank you for your time! I'm Janel McDonald, and I aim to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, empathetic care. My mission is to ease your apprehension and provide you with a safe and comfortable place to discuss your specific motivation for seeking counseling services. I served in the military for 22 years and have experience working with military veterans and civilians through some of the most challenging transitions in their lives. In the past four years, I have been working with clients by meeting via telehealth in their homes and the community to overcome barriers to treatment (e.g., transportation and childcare).
My job as your therapist is to address the areas in your life where you need help. You don't have to do it alone. So, whenever you're ready, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and let me share your path to grow towards a better tomorrow.
You’ve worked hard, built a life, and checked many of the boxes you thought you were supposed to check, yet you still find yourself wondering, “Is this it?” Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else, putting their needs first, and being the person others could count on. Now, you’re ready to focus on yourself, redefine who you are, and discover what you want this next chapter of your life to look like. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working to help you find greater purpose, direction, and a life that feels meaningful to you.
If you’re a young adult, you may have followed the path expected of you and still feel unsure about where you’re headed or where you fit. Our work can help you build confidence, find your own path, and create a life that feels right for you, not just one that looks right on paper.
I am Ebony Yelder, LPC. My career has taken me into many different settings, including behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, in-home therapy, and work with the Department of Defense supporting service members and their families. Each experience has shaped the way I practice today and reinforced something I continue to believe people often have more strength, resilience, and resources within them than they realize.
