Since your intake forms will already be completed ahead of time, we can dive right into a relaxed, open conversation about what brings you to counseling. This time is dedicated to assessing where you are currently and working together to begin developing a personalized treatment plan for moving forward. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away. This is a chance for us to establish a solid foundation and to map out a supportive path forward tailored to your goals.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a practical, goal-oriented way to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we will examine any unhelpful patterns or beliefs that might be leaving you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I also utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which means our sessions will focus primarily on your strengths and your hopes for the future rather than feeling stuck on past problems. Together, we will identify what is already working well in your life and discover the inner resources that you already possess. It is a highly collaborative approach designed to help you develop practical, manageable steps toward the positive changes you want to see.
