The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families has strengthened my commitment to helping clients build resilience, find meaningful solutions, and move toward lasting well-being

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients may be experiencing PTSD, moral injury, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or difficulty adjusting after deployment, military separation, or other significant life changes. They often feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, hypervigilant, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. While they may have tried to "push through" on their own, they are ready for practical, evidence-based treatment that creates meaningful and lasting change. I provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. Using evidence-based approaches—including Trauma-Focused CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions—I tailor treatment to each individual's goals and strengths. Clients who work best with me value honesty, accountability, and practical solutions. They want more than symptom relief—they want to regain confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose. My background as a Marine Corps veteran and licensed clinical social worker allows me to connect with clients who appreciate direct communication, cultural competence, and a therapist who understands the realities of military and veteran life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

You interpret an event, and this makes you feel a certain way, because of how you are feeling your actions are in response to how you feel. This can result in unwanted consequences or lose of resources. CBT works to reframe the event and help the patient process the event without the negative behaviors and/or consiquesces.
