Hello, and welcome! I am Sara Key. I have spent 11 years in the social services field with the last four as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where meaningful growth can occur.
My goal is not only to help clients feel heard, but also to provide practical tools and strategies that can be used in everyday life. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward creating lasting positive change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy traveling, attending live music events and art festivals, spending time in nature, with my dogs, and my family. I believe maintaining balance, connection, and meaningful experiences is an important part of overall well-being, and I encourage clients to discover what brings fulfillment and joy to their own lives.
