Do you often feel overwhelmed with life? Or do you feel that something from your past is keeping you stuck? I can help with anxiety, depression, past trauma, negative self talk, relationship issues and more. I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be…wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome.
I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate as well, meaning I am aptly trained to help with anyone transitioning into new parenthood. I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day.
If you think my approach sounds like it would help you, please reach out and we can schedule our first session to determine if we’ll be a good fit to work together moving forward. I genuinely can’t wait to meet you.
Do you feel stuck in a pattern that is negatively impacting your overall wellness?
Just as important as the "why" is the "what" aspect of the mind. What we think, what we feel and what we believe are all intertwined with our behavior. Exploring the thoughts and beliefs that underpin certain actions can lead to profound self-awareness and personal growth. In my interactions with clients, I have witnessed the transformative power of uncovering and challenging deep-seated beliefs that no longer serve them.
While patterns and commonalities may emerge among individuals, it is crucial to remember that each person's mind is a unique landscape. What works for one may not work for another, and it is my duty as a clinician to adapt the plan of care accordingly. As a therapist and health coach, I incorporate a holistic (mind/body) approach.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana, holding a Master’s degree from Indiana University School of Social Work. Let's reduce feelings of overwhelm, together. I am a Doctor of Social Work, trauma specialized, and clinically licensed in DC, VA, SC, RI and IN as a social worker and substance use disorder therapist serving children, teens, and adults (mandated and non-mandated). We can focus on anger, feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm, panic, grief, always thinking, people pleasing, holding guilt and shame, inability to focus, nightmares, and so many other thoughts, feelings, experiences, and emotions that result from the environment around us. We can really lean into substance use and the agonizing cycle of it all. I am nationally certified in TF-CBT (ages 3-18), and CPT and PE trained for adults with PTSD. Additionally, you can receive mindfulness-based, somatic integration, and a holistic lens to examine your needs via my 11 years’ experience and an additional master's in integrative health coaching plus 20 years’ experience in therapeutic design, so we can look together at social and environmental problem and solution spaces based upon your needs. I've also worked for several years in urban public school systems, so can help students, caregivers, and educators navigating school-based stress. I am culturally humble and honor intersectionality. Thank YOU for reading about how we can partner to increase your feelings of hope and wellness.

I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life and personal development. We'll work through your patterns in managing daily life, relationships or work situations, and I'll help you and/or your partner grow together with new communication methods.

Sometimes what we need most is a place where we can finally feel genuinely heard. I believe therapy is about more than only managing symptoms. It’s also about understanding yourself and making sense of the experiences and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond to the world around you. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe talking openly and feel comfortable being yourself.
Together, we’ll slow down and make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We’ll work on recognizing patterns, considering new perspectives, and developing a better understanding of yourself without becoming defined by what you’re going through. From there, we’ll work toward meaningful change that feels authentic to you.
Hi there! I'm Ross (he/him), and I'm so happy you are making the steps to focus on your mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self without judgement. Because of this I focus primarily on using affirmative therapy as my main modality.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, who may be navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, or life transitions. I also have experience with assisting those experiencing burnout whether from caregiving, work, or from other aspects of life!
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I'll meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and support you in building the confidence and tools you need to thrive. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity development, relationships, or navigating life in general I'd be happy to support you and walk with you through that journey.
I know it can be overwhelming to start therapy, but you don't have to go through this alone and I'd be honored to support you through those challenging times. Together, we'll focus on your strengths, explore what's meaningful to you, and help you move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and understood.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent over 20 years working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice. Anxious? Worried all the time? Having panic attacks? Well, you're not alone and I can help! In recent years, anxiety has become one of the most common mental health concerns out there and it can leave you distracted, breathless, overwhelmed and feeling out of control. Symptoms of general anxiety, panic disorders, health anxiety, OCD and PTSD can be difficult to navigate, especially when you feel alone and don't know where to start.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have been in the counseling field for almost 30 years. I've worked in private practice throughout that time but have also worked in the criminal justice and community mental health settings, helping people with anxiety, depression, and addictions.
I work primarily with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I like helping people learn the neuroscience behind anxiety and build skills to manage it better. I love seeing people take back some of the power they feel they've lost to anxiety or helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel in depression or addiction. Taking the first step is one of the hardest, but things can feel better for you.
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in patterns that no longer seem to work? Perhaps you're carrying the stress of a difficult relationship, navigating a major life change, struggling with constant worry or self-doubt, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. If so, you're not alone—and things can get better.
Therapy offers a supportive, evidence-based space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop practical tools for lasting change. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
My practice focuses on teletherapy for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. With decades of experience in private practice and clinical settings, I have helped individuals navigate stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and difficult seasons of life. This experience has given me a grounded understanding of the many ways people can feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am engaged, honest, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and well-being.
Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or returning with specific goals, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, your relationships, and your ability to handle life's challenges.

I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.
With trauma being such a widespread issue, I am very familiar with trauma and mental health conditions that relate to this. I have invested in becoming the best trauma-informed provider that I can be. I have grown to love getting to know individuals and their unique stories, and helping them on their healing journeys. I want my patients to feel safe, heard, and validated. I work with my patients to help them understand what they are going through, learn how they can heal to gain back control over their lives, and empower them to design their own future.

Hello! Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel there is a lack of purpose, fulfillment, and passion in your life? Do people in your life often have a tough time really getting what you are going through? Are you caught up in unhealthy patterns? Do you want your life to change, but are unsure how to make that happen? “It is okay not to be okay!” If you are experiencing one of life’s unexpected challenges and would like to explore your thoughts and feelings in a private, safe, and comfortable environment tailored to help increase your awareness and ability to work through challenges, I am here for you.
I view therapy as a safe space for processing life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and trauma to achieve one’s goals and necessary growth. I specialize in collaborating with clients challenged with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, and chronic medical conditions.
My approach is individualized, client centered, and strength-based, as I believe clients are the experts of their lives and determine the direction of the therapeutic process. I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.
Hey, I’m Nicole! I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. My therapeutic style is both straightforward and compassionate. I believe in being honest and clear while approaching each person with warmth, empathy, and respect for their unique experiences.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including a Christian worldview, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting. I tailor each session to your individual needs, recognizing that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or life transitions, I’ll walk alongside you as we identify your strengths, develop coping strategies, and explore new possibilities for your story.
I believe meaningful growth begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself. My goal is to help you recognize patterns, build resilience, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create an environment where you feel supported while also being encouraged to grow.
Outside of work, I would describe myself as a Type B personality. I’m laid-back, flexible, and approachable, and I value finding balance amid life’s demands. I love spending time with my golden retriever and appreciating the little things that bring joy to everyday life. One of my favorite places to recharge is the beach. I find something deeply healing about the sound of the waves, the openness of the shoreline, and the reminder that life moves in seasons. For me, the beach represents peace, reflection, and the opportunity to begin again.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are!

Having worked in myriad settings already since getting my LSW in 2018, and having been in helping professions since age 19, the reason I still love this line of work is due to the change one can bring to people's Worlds, in a way they may have never thought possible. The most common struggles of the people I work with include difficulty managing emotions, problems with self-image, concerns about relationships, struggles with decision making, gray-area substance use, and anger outbursts. The other mindfulness practices can help with managing anxiety, impulsivity, and intrusive thoughts. As your recovery evolves in stages, your treatment will too. Hello, I'm Kristine, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). With extensive experience in addressing a wide range of issues, I am here to support you through life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, child abuse/neglect, ADHD, behavioral disorders, personality disorders, or adjustment disorders, I am equipped to help you navigate these difficulties.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, focusing on behavioral issues, family cohesion, crisis and trauma, adjustment, and parenting/co-parenting. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I find incredibly effective in helping clients understand and change their thought patterns and behaviors. However, I also incorporate mindfulness, expressive arts, and other techniques tailored to meet your unique needs.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is at the heart of my practice. I am committed to ensuring that you feel validated and comfortable throughout our sessions. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to walk alongside you, providing the support and tools you need to achieve your goals.
If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create positive change in your life.
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families return to love for self and others. Together, we will co-create peaceful spaces to make sense of the past while sitting in the present anticipating the future.
I completed my graduate studies at Christian Theological Seminary, a COAMFTE accredited program. My clinical interests include sexual health, sex therapy, grief and loss, racial trauma, single parents, young adults, and golden agers (retirees).
