For 12 years I worked at a Community Mental Health Center where I provided individual and group therapy to adults on an outpatient basis, along with crisis management. I also provided clinical supervision to a team of social workers and mental health counselors. I primarily work with adults who are struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression and past trauma.
