Hi, I'm Danielle Neal-Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of BalanceTree Collective. I provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy for adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges. "As a mother of two, a wife, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing relationships, family, and personal growth. Providing therapy has been my dream since childhood, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or seeking clarity and growth, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment."
I am a licensed counselor with 18 years of clinical experience, specializing in cognitive behavioral and relational therapy. My work is grounded in helping individuals develop deeper self-awareness, identify patterns that no longer serve them, and reframe challenges that have become barriers to peace and joy. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, empowered, and supported in reconnecting with themselves. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance, clarity, and fulfillment.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of it all. I specialize in working with young adults as they navigate the challenges that come with the "quarter life crisis," while also working with adults who are looking for greater self-understanding and lasting change.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely accepted, understood, and free from judgment. Together, we'll work toward helping you build self-compassion, communicate more effectively, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
I’ve enjoyed working with clients who are looking for change in their lives and are willing to take an honest look at patterns and behaviors that have historically led to conflict or unhappiness. The amazing aspect of working with these clients is that they often already know what needs to be done. Having a nonjudgmental space to explore behavior patterns that oppose what they say they want to accomplish, helps to bring these behaviors into the light and enable self-identified changes needed for success. As a counselor, I feel it is my job to act as a mirror so that clients can see themselves more clearly, and not to give advice, that, on some level, they already know needs to happen. My goal is to be the client's most avid cheerleader.

My name is Keith London, a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and their families by promoting a healthier lifestyle. I support overall wellness by addressing mental, emotional, spiritual, educational, physical, and psychological needs through an integrative and holistic approach.
Utilizing an eclectic therapy framework, including EMDR, I work collaboratively with individuals and families to restore balance and foster meaningful growth. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when underlying barriers are identified and addressed effectively. My philosophy centers on empowering individuals to remove the obstacles that hinder self-worth, while guiding them toward developing a positive sense of purpose within their families and communities.
