With a Masters in Psychology from the Florida International University, I am currently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and practicing in the State of Florida, where I hold both in-person and virtual sessions. As a result, they benefit from different treatment methods depending on the situation, such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), which addresses negative thinking, or mindfulness, which focuses on the present moment.
