Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with adolescents, young adults, and their families. My approach is strength-based, and I love helping clients recognize their own abilities, resilience, and potential as we work toward their goals together.
Hello, my name is Katrina and I look forward to learning about your healing journey. Before becoming a clinical mental health counselor, I worked as both an elementary school teacher and school administrator in the U.S., Italy, and China. These roles introduced me to the impact our home environments and personal relationships have on our holistic health and on the decisions we say 'Yes' or 'No' to.
I transitioned into clinical mental health counseling while living in Shanghai with my family. This experience offered me the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and couples from six continents and to learn how, despite cultural and linguistic differences, we all seek meaning, purpose, and acceptance in our lives. In addition, it provided me with the unexpected opportunity to learn how to offer crisis counseling online and in-person to those living under COVID lockdown and quarantine conditions, an experience that prepared me to participate in on-the-ground crisis counseling services in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian in SW Florida.
I enjoy offering others a space for conversations that can spark insight into what we want from therapy and what we are ready to commit to in this moment. Sometimes we come to therapy ready to overhaul our lives. Other times, we need verbal processing that allows us to grieve our losses, acknowledge our regrets without blame, talk about trauma in a safe way, and receive validation for what we are looking forward to. In this environment, I hope to collaborate with you in a meaningful way that prepares you for your next stage of life- or perhaps helps you survive the stage you are currently in.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist, and my approach is strength based and client centered. Although I mostly use a cognitive behavioral framework, art therapy is something special I offer to my clients knowing it can be a powerful and unique way to process emotions and experiences. Whether a client is going through a challenging life transition, suffer from more chronic clinical diagnoses or have areas of life they want to reflect on to change or improve, I encourage them to reach out for a complimentary consult call. I look forward to working with individuals on their own journey of personal growth and healing.
As someone who has personally benefited from counseling, I understand firsthand how transformative it can be, even for those who may be skeptical. I’ve spent years supporting individuals, families, and groups on their journey to wellness, helping them uncover their unique strengths and develop personalized plans for success.
I’m a self-proclaimed resource junkie, continuously seeking ways to provide valuable tools and insights that empower others. "PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Ms. Gonzalez limits the services provided to you to those that are clinical in nature. Any requests for additional administrative services like disability certification and special accommodations (such as Emotional Support Animals letters) related to a psychological condition will have to be provided by another mental health provider. Short-term disability certification by Ms. Gonzalez will be limited to a period of time not to exceed 4 weeks, at which time those determinations will also have to be made by another mental health provider. The reason for this policy is to avoid having the performance of administrative functions interfere with your therapy."

My specialties are working with clients who may be suffering from traumatic incidents, substance abuse, various forms of anxiety (PTSD, stress disorders), depression, self-esteem, and gender identity.
Making the decision to receive any form of mental health counseling can be taxing, however, the results are often positive and rewarding. Learning to face your fears in a healthy and appropriate manner is a sign of growth and maturity. It is not an easy task. You will cry, laugh, and maybe feel a little uncomfortable at times. This is just the therapeutic process working to make you emotionally stronger.
*Please note that my preference for treatment sessions are individual and group therapy. However, I do provide a limited number of couples or family therapy sessions for special circumstances.

Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.

By meeting clients exactly where they are, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore, heal, and grow. Building a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, compassion, and respect is at the very heart of my practice.
VirtualOffers in-person in Inverness, FL - Accepting clients in FLAvailable
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida, with over 28 years of experience, supporting individuals and families. I hold a degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and offer culturally sensitive therapy rooted in my Caribbean background. I specialize in helping clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions in a safe, supportive virtual space where healing and growth can happen.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or painful relationships that leave you feeling like you’ve lost yourself? Maybe you grew up in a family that looked “fine” on the outside but left you with invisible scars of trauma. You might find yourself replaying old patterns—turning to food, restriction, or overexercise to cope, feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep choosing partners who don’t treat you well. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together while doubting yourself inside, therapy can help you finally break free.
As a Christian Therapist, I want to meet you where you are at. I want to listen and support you in gaining the insight and clarity you need to become unstuck in life. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Minimizing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth. I use a mix of therapy modalities to help you shed the narratives that no longer serve you. I DO NOT Serve couples on this platform.
THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE — INCLUDING THERAPISTS
You're the one others rely on — at work, at home, and in every role you hold. You show up for everyone. You keep everything running. Somewhere along the way, you stopped making it onto your own list.
You’re juggling a never-ending checklist, responsibilities, and expectations — wearing multiple hats as a professional, wife, mother, daughter, and caregiver. You’re balancing work, home, and the changes of midlife that no one really warned you about. Lately, it feels heavier — and you’re starting to feel it emotionally and physically.
Therapy at Seaside is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the version of you that isn’t running on empty.
