Welcome! Choosing to seek mental health treatment takes courage and I am willing to walk alongside you as you move towards healing and hope. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic understanding of who you are, honoring your pace and your story. I also share helpful resources and encourage patients to lean on their community supports, including family, friends, and their church family.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs using a variety of evidence-based modalities. More importantly, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported. A space where you can reflect, heal and redefine what a fulfilling life looks like to you. Sessions are currently offered online/in person in the state of FL and online in NY.

Since 2007, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, Women and older adults navigating a range of challenges including: Parent Training, Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Grief/Loss, Adjustment Disorder (due to moving or changing schools/employment/life stages and Gifted/High Achievers (perfectionism).
Cognitive Behavioral therapy has been proven effective in treating anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.

Recent studies show that addressing spirituality within the counseling process can help increase resilience.
