First session
The first session will be an opportunity to get to know you. We will gather your history together, current challenges you are facing, and goals you would like to accomplish while engaging in therapy.

I am a very patient, understanding and direct provider who will meet you where you are at. We will take things at your own pace, and work together to accomplish your goals.
Ideal clients
I believe a person is the expert of their own self. I will meet you where you are at, help you explore any further challenges you are facing including difficult life transitions, and help support you in meeting any specified goals we create together.
