I have had a varied and interesting life. As a combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, military spouse, mother, and small business owner, I am well-versed in the demands of life. In every stage, there was someone who helped me put the pieces together to make it work. Those people inspired me to do the same for others. I would be honored to help you.

Hello! I’m Dr. Liana Lorenzo-Echeverri, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to supporting women, moms, and moms-to-be across Florida through online therapy. With both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, I bring a blend of professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every session.
As a mother of two, I deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and navigating life transitions. I specialize in maternal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum support, grief from miscarriage, and helping women explore meaningful life decisions around parenthood and identity. My passion is creating a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your goals, strengthen your resilience, and build the life you envision.
Over the years, I’ve helped women as young as 18 recognize their inner strengths, gain clarity through change, and overcome stress, anxiety, or uncertainty. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, considering whether to have children, or simply navigating the complexities of modern life, I work collaboratively with you to uncover strategies that promote balance, confidence, and well-being.
My approach centers on understanding you — your story, your values, and your unique experiences — so we can tailor therapy to meet your needs. I’m here to support you, help you feel heard, and empower you to face life’s transitions with courage and confidence.
If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a therapy session so we can explore how working together may support your goals.
In my practice, I utilize an integrative approach that draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities. I believe that no single therapeutic method works for everyone, which is why I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on building skills for emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness; Person-Centered therapy, which emphasizes empathy and unconditional positive regard; Solution-Focused therapy, which concentrates on finding practical solutions to present challenges; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is particularly effective for trauma processing; and Psychoeducation, which empowers clients with knowledge about their conditions and coping strategies.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with four years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is client-centered, with a strong foundation in Motivational Interviewing to support clients in identifying and achieving their personal goals. I focus on building resilience by collaboratively developing effective coping strategies and empowering clients with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
**Some additional time slots not listed on calendar may be available upon request**
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and free to be fully honest about what they are experiencing. I believe therapy works best when clients feel supported while also being encouraged to look at things openly and directly. I value transparency, curiosity, and practical growth, and I work with clients to help them better understand themselves, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Hey there! I'm Nandi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in South Florida. I'm all about making life better for teens and young adults through empathetic and culturally relevant mental health care.
With a career spanning 6 years in the field of mental health I began as an intake specialist, where I first recognized the immense need for personalized, empathetic support in this critical phase of life. Over the years, I've evolved from case management to life coaching, and now I primarily focus on clinical work, providing therapeutic interventions to empower young minds.
My goal? To make sure that mental health care is not just easy to get but also speaks to everyone’s unique experiences and background. I believe that tailored support is the key to lasting growth.
Let's work together to create a brighter, mentally healthier future for the next generation. You're not alone on this journey!
Hi, I’m Yadiel Muñoz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with six years of professional experience. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship challenges, trauma, and issues related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. While every person’s journey is unique, I’ve consistently seen clients begin to experience meaningful progress within our first four sessions together. My goal is to equip you with the tools, insights, and strategies you need to thrive—and ultimately reach a place where you feel empowered and no longer need my support. I’m committed to creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. In our work together, you’ll find both a trusted partner you can confide in and a guide who will compassionately challenge you to grow.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was born and raised in the Caribbean and immigrated to the United States at age twelve. I obtained my Master's Degree from Columbia University in Social Work and have been a licensed clinician for nine years. I work with clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, self esteem, life transitions, trauma, substance misuse, psychosis, mood disorders, to name a few. My goal as a therapist is to always meet the client where they are; to provide a space where the client is heard and validated; to provide guidance, empathy, and support to allow the client to build on their own strengths to in turn process and overcome their life challenges.
I specialize in working with people struggling with eating disorders—anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and related challenges. I recognize these aren't simply about food; they're deeply intertwined with emotional complexity, cognitive patterns, and questions of self that demand thorough, empathetic treatment. Through my specialized Modified DBT training, I help clients navigate overwhelming feelings while building healthier ways of coping.
I also frequently work with those facing debilitating anxiety—whether it shows up as persistent worry, panic attacks, or avoidance. My practice includes young adults in transition, working professionals dealing with performance stress, and adolescents managing social and academic demands.
Beyond this, I support people experiencing depression who want active, goal-oriented approaches to confront negative thinking and rediscover purpose. I work with trauma survivors prepared to work through painful experiences, individuals with mood disorders seeking greater equilibrium, and those navigating identity questions tied to life changes, relationships, or core values. What my clients have in common is readiness—they're committed to actively participating in their healing. They're looking for more than a listening ear; they want actionable tools, collaborative exploration, and proven methods that lead to real transformation. If you're willing to engage fully and commit to your own development, I'm ready to partner with you on that journey.
My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
I work with clients struggling with relationship, addiction, and anger problems as well as mood instability and trauma. After building rapport and developing goals and objectives, we will collaborate to find working solutions, improve coping skills, and identify barriers to personal improvement.
If your tired of having the same arguments or going to bed angry, you're not alone. Most couples get stuck in patterns of communication or behavior that are painful and yet difficult to confront. The good news is you can learn a new way. I help partners feel heard and close once again. Reach out for a free 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit.
I love working with clients who are willing and eager to engage in learning and exploration of the self to promote growth, healing, recovery, and quality of life. Serving clients of all ages, we offer a broad platform of support to make it possible to access services in a way that is safe, gentle, and compassionate. Younger children may enjoy incorporating games and puppets into care while older youth may benefit from creative activities, exploration of media, or collaborative projects. Clients of all ages may benefit from support through bibliotherapy, hypnosis, or NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).

I’m also solution-focused and collaborative. That means we’ll spend time understanding what’s going on, but we won’t get stuck there. We’ll work together to identify practical tools, coping strategies, and small, realistic steps that can help you feel better in your day-to-day life. Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty.
In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying.
You do not need to be “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen.
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who works with individuals, couples, children, and families. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized, supportive, and collaborative. Because every person’s experience is unique, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs, goals, and emotional readiness. My focus is always to meet clients where they are and help them move forward at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Hi, I'm Clarisa, a licensed therapist (LMHC) based in Florida. I was born in Venezuela and grew up in Miami, and I work with a lot of clients who are navigating identity, family expectations, or the push and pull of straddling two cultures, because I've lived that too. Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me working out, cooking recipes I see on social media, spending time with friends and family, or unapologetically binging a TV show. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, currently finishing my Doctorate in Psychology, and I also have a background in psychological evaluations, but what matters more day to day is that I show up curious, warm, and genuinely in your corner, not just taking notes.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Yulee, Florida. I provide Telehealth services for clients all over the state. I work with adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and stress, using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a Person-Centered Approach. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I completed my registered internship at a private practice specializing in working with the youth population and Autism population. My ideal client is someone ready to make a positive change in his or her life, working through self-improvement. These clients wish to improve/develop skills they are having difficulty with and/or are not able to develop on their own.
I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.
As a licensed Florida therapist, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or stress.
