I graduated from the University of Miami with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, I’ve helped numerous people who struggle with a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, amongst others. I've had the opportunity to work with individuals struggling with detrimental behaviors, individuals with chronic health conditions including cancer, developmental disorders and neurocognitive disorders, alongside their families and loved ones.
