I am a licensed clinician in the state of Florida. Born in Puerto Rico, moved to Florida 10 years ago. I am a trauma informed, culturally oriented and LGBTQ+ ally provider.
I utilize an integrative approach tailored for your need in a treatment plan that is developed for you, with you.
Currently open to work with woman struggling with perinatal mental health challenges that also has survive trauma in childhood or in lifespan, and diverse population of adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety and/or mood disorders.
First session
During the first session, that last 60 minutes, we will be completing the assessment. An interview where we are going to discuss your current situation and needs, what's brought to make one of the most important steps towards healing and also, we will talk about your history: personal, family, work/career, social/relationship, medical, mental health, trauma. Last and very important, we will be building your treatment plan, tailored on your needs.

Ideal clients
I love working with adults, that are interested and committed to devoted time, energy in the collaborative process of therapy. Individual that has survive trauma in childhood or lifespan and are struggling with create balance life due to the distress caused by PTSD, anxiety or mood depression. For the last 4 years I being working with woman in the perinatal period, especially those that has overcome trauma and/or the experience of pregnancy and labor has been traumatic. I completed PSI basic training, and I am working toward perinatal mental health professional certification.
Treatment methods
Trauma Informed Care
I integrate a trauma-informed, eclectic approach by drawing from EMDR, CBT, and DBT based on each client’s individual needs, goals, and readiness. I use CBT to address thoughts and behaviors, DBT to strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and EMDR to process distressing experiences, always prioritizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment.
