I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and 25 years ago I moved to Florida where I currently reside. I graduated in 2005 from Florida International University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. At the present time, I hold 9 state licenses that allows me to to provide Tele-health counseling in other states besides Florida; Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Missouri, Utah and Michigan, Massachusetts. I am also bilingual (English and Spanish) and I have more than 15 years of experience in the mental health and social services arena.

As a marriage and family therapist, I'm committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to increase confidence, improve communication, and deepen intimacy in their most significant relationships. I have a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy with over seven years of experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, orientations, and cultures. I believe that life is about relationships first and everything else is just details, so whether I'm working with you as an individual or part of a couple or family, my hope is to help you create healthy and fulfilling relationships with yourself and with others.

We will work together to identify thought patterns and behaviors, process your emotions, and explore your values and beliefs. We'll build healthy coping skills together. My education and experience has given me the ability to provide counseling in multiple areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family issues, teen/adolescent issues, child issues, ASD, ADHD, among others.
