I work with clients who are experiencing a broad range of challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorder, body image, trauma, and relationship challenges. I graduated from Florida International University with my undergraduate degree in Psychology, and later earned my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University. I have over six years of experience in substance abuse treatment and the treatment of co-occurring disorders, and 10 years of experience in education. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger, relationship issues, self-esteem, abuse, and trauma. I also completed an EMDRIA Approved Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Training (EMDR) in 2019. I believe that change happens when people are provided with the guidance and support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential. I provide an environment of compassion and encouragement to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
