Our first session will help me to understand more about you, and we will develop a working relationship towards your goal. During the session, you can expect to share information about who you are - your history, your present situation and what you envision for your future. I will provide provide support and answer any questions. The upcoming sessions will be solution focused and let you see thing through a different lens.
