I received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2007 from the University of South Florida, and went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work from USF in 2010. During that time I worked full time and interned working with clients that had experienced traumatic events - mostly sexual assault or abuse. Before starting my private practice, I worked as a school social worker with students ages 3-22 for 12 years, gaining my licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, becoming a qualified LCSW supervisor.

I graduated from Webster University in 2007 with my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I then earned a second Master's degree in 2019 in Gerontology from Webster University.
