Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.
My name is Sharon Ehrlich and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors and a Masters in Social Work. I became licensed two years after I graduated and received this license in the State of Florida. It takes courage to ask for help and I'm so happy that you did. We can work on these goals together and please let me know when you would like to set up a session. :)

Hi, I'm Diana. I'm a licensed clinical social worker of Latina, Dominican heritage, bilingual in English and Spanish. I bring years of clinical experience across school-based social work, foster care, supportive housing, and outpatient therapy in New York and Florida. I work with clients of all ages, from early childhood through late adulthood. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic work, and mindfulness. I tailor each session to what my client needs. I have been in the mental health field since 2007. I was informed when I first started in this field that the average time for people to stay in the field is two years. I am still in the field because helping others is more than a career choice for me, it is my passion in life. Helping others is a personal goal of mine. I look forward to the opportunity. I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents and teens, from various cultures and backgrounds. Each case and each client is unique in their way and each client is important.
My particular areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling and family counseling. I refer to myself as a "simple-minded therapist" which means we will explore simple ways to address the presenting concerns because many times the solutions are so simple they can be easily overlooked. I am a firm believer that holding a conversation is more productive than expounding on theoretical approaches.
Hi, I'm David Hobbs. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions, addressing these issues can improve one’s sense of well-being, and thus their lives in general, dramatically. For the past 5 years, I have incorporated spirituality into my treatment regimen, thus addressing that aspect of one's personality in relation to improving their overall sense of emotional well-being. I have recently authored a book, "God is Love, Revelations From Spiritually Transformative Experiences," to help enlighten others who have questions about God and spirituality, and incorporate these lessons into their everyday lives.
Welcome, I'm Anthonette.

Together, we'll explore what's been holding you back and begin taking real steps toward positive change.
What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

In addition to therapy, I offer evaluations and documentation for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) when clinically appropriate. ESA letters can help individuals with mental health challenges access the support they need from their animal companions. ESA letters are issued after a thorough assessment to ensure they meet ethical and legal standards. If you’re considering an ESA, feel free to discuss this during your session. I also understand that mental health symptoms can impact school, testing, or work performance. I provide support and documentation for accommodations (such as extended test time, modified environments, or school/workplace supports) to help clients demonstrate their true ability, when clinically appropriate and not after a single session.
