Hi, I’m Sarah Sohal, DSW, LICSW, a licensed clinical social worker offering Telehealth therapy for adults and older adults. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions and helping them process recent stressors that may feel overwhelming or disruptive.
My Punjabi last name reflects my family through marriage rather than my own cultural background. My husband and our daughter are Punjabi, and being part of their family has given me a meaningful appreciation for South Asian culture while reinforcing my commitment to providing culturally humble, respectful, and inclusive care for clients from diverse backgrounds.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools for moving forward. Whether you're navigating a career change, retirement, caregiving responsibilities, loss, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to reflect, reset, and grow.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and empowered. If you're looking for thoughtful, goal-oriented support during a challenging time, I’d be honored to work with you.
*Please note- at this time I am only offering individual therapy, and am unable to offer couples or family therapy
I am a licensed mental health counselor with six years of experience who believes that healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in authenticity and the cultivation of a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, or their purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply ready for change. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
My person-centered approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support sustainable, meaningful growth. I see therapy not as a process of “fixing,” but as one of deep understanding, alignment, and empowerment.
My style is direct but compassionate. The impact I aim to leave is more than symptom relief; it’s about helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence that lasts beyond our sessions. I hope that you leave each conversation feeling more grounded, more seen, and more capable of creating the life you want.
Hello, I’m Heather Wilkie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (MH20343). I bring over 12 years of experience supporting individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. Seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I believe recovery doesn't have to be grim. I bring playfulness and humor into the room where it fits, because healing often involves finding joy again. My approach is rooted in the belief that your brain is trying to protect you—even when it feels like it's working against you. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your system. Whether you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, low self esteem, coping with difficult personalities, we move at a pace that respects your life's demands.
• No "Resume" Talk: I skip the jargon. We focus on you and what you need to feel safe and get your agency back.
• Playful & Practical: Recovery can be hard, but it doesn't have to be grim. I bring warmth, at times humor, and real-world tools to our sessions.
• Trauma-Informed: I understand that your symptoms are trying to protect you. We work with your brain, not against it.

Meet Atrews Bell, LMHC
Atrews Bell, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and life challenges. His approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
Throughout his career, Atrews has worked with individuals facing complex and challenging circumstances, including crisis situations, behavioral health concerns, substance use, and major life transitions. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on the many factors that can affect a person's emotional well-being—and the importance of creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing.
Since 2023, Atrews has served as a Regional Mental Health Manager with Armor Correctional Services, providing leadership and oversight for behavioral health programming and clinical operations. Previously, he served as Mental Health Director at the St. Johns County Jail in St. Augustine, Florida, where he supervised a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and developed crisis-management treatment plans and quality-improvement initiatives.
His professional experience has also included developing re-entry programming and substance-use follow-up planning designed to help individuals successfully transition back into their communities. As a therapist, Atrews brings both clinical experience and genuine compassion to his work. He understands that reaching out for counseling can be a significant step, and he strives to meet each client where they are without judgment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Nǐ hǎo / Hello! Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy works best when goals are clear, practical, and measurable, so we can track progress in a meaningful way. I also believe humor can be a powerful part of healing, helping create a more relaxed and human space for growth. I believe strong therapy starts with listening, truly understanding who you are, what you have been through, and what matters most to you. I use evidence-based treatment to help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we set goals that align with your values.
In my leisure time I play music instruments, I enjoy cooking, Hotpot is my favorite food. I speak mandarin besides English and I consider myself as a people person. I am open minded willing to learn from others.
Hello, I'm Shakera. No one knows you better than yourself, so be proud of this first step of taking care of yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience working as a therapist My focus is on implementing a client-centered approach, where I believe the most important aspect is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for all of my clients. It's crucial not to pressure my clients to convey what is uncomfortable but to help them process their feelings and empower them to do what is best for them in their daily lives.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-image issues, anxiety, peer pressure, and so much more. My approach is versatile, incorporating a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused theory, mindfulness techniques, grounding techniques, and more. I believe in the importance of clients having a voice so they can be heard and understood.
My name is Miguel Lopez, a Hispanic male (He/Him/His) and U.S. Army combat veteran who brings a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. Fluent in Spanish and passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges, I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University, and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Pikes Peak State College. With over a decade of experience as a caseworker, substance abuse counselor, and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing real-life struggles and in need of daily support.
Life can be tough, and we all face difficult moments—whether it’s a breakup, divorce, grief, the loss of a loved one or pet, or even a job loss. In these times, having an unbiased person to offer support can make a world of difference. I see trauma as an unexpected part of life that is often hard to process, but with the right help, it can be managed and overcome healthily. I’ve personally experienced more than my share of trauma, grief, loss, sadness, depression, and substance use, and I sought help to work through them.
My approach to therapy is centered on helping people in the best way possible, always with an open mind. I often use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, because I believe mental health is hard to prioritize when physical needs aren’t met, or issues like homelessness or substance abuse are present. I enjoy working with clients from age 5 to older adults who face Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and other mental health or substance use challenges. It’s easy to fight battles alone and suffer in silence, but you don’t have to anymore—together, we can work toward healing and a better future.
I’m a licensed therapist in both South Carolina and Florida with years of experience working across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment, detox, and outpatient settings. I’m passionate about helping clients understand what they’re experiencing, gain clarity around their challenges, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy should be more than simply talking about the same problems week after week. My goal is for you to get the most out of your time in therapy, to leave sessions with greater insight, useful strategies, and a clearer sense of what you can do differently. I work collaboratively with clients who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, ambivalent, or unsure of where to begin, helping turn uncertainty into direction and progress.
My approach is grounded in a “scaffolding” philosophy. Early in therapy, you may need more support and guidance, much like training wheels. As we work together, the goal is to build your confidence, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate challenges independently. I’m not here to make you dependent on therapy; I want to help you become more equipped to handle life beyond the therapy room.
Change can be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to feel impossible. I bring a confident, compassionate, and solution-focused approach to therapy while creating space for honesty, growth, and even some humor along the way. Whether you’re looking for clarity, coping skills, healthier relationships, or simply a better understanding of yourself, I’m here to help you make meaningful progress.
Hello, I’m Chevalene Barnes—a woman of faith and a dedicated mental health professional. For over 26 years, I have been privileged to guide individuals toward freedom from limiting beliefs, empowering them to live confidently, boldly, and free from fear, anxiety, and self-doubt through the transformative power of God's Word.
My Personal Journey
Having faced my own share of personal traumas—experiencing insecurity, anger, depression, and feelings of inadequacy I understand what it’s like to feel trapped by doubts that challenge your sense of identity and purpose. At one point, I was held captive by these barriers, but through faith, perseverance, and God's Word, I was able to transform my life. My journey of overcoming personal challenges fuels my passion to help others do the same. My success story and healing process inspire my work—reaffirming that hope and restoration are always within reach.
Welcome to my page! I am glad you have taken this important step in your healing journey and are considering me to be a part of it. I understand that seeking support is not always an easy decision and may come with hesitation or uncertainty.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the barriers and challenges that may be interfering with your ability to live the life you desire. Whether you are navigating self-esteem and self-worth concerns, interpersonal and relationship challenges, or the stressors of daily life, I am here to support you.
I use an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I look forward to being a guide and source of support throughout your journey.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges? Many individuals find themselves stuck despite wanting meaningful change, especially when emotional distress begins to interfere with daily functioning and overall well-being. Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to better understand these challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Seeking professional support is an important first step, and meaningful change occurs through intentional work both in and outside the therapy setting.
My name is Mick Desrameaux, LMHC, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related symptoms, substance use concerns, and co-occurring mental health conditions. I work collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and insight into patterns that affect relationships and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental therapy environment where clients feel respected and supported. My goal is to help individuals feel empowered, build healthier relationships, and develop practical skills for long-term emotional stability. I am committed to delivering client-centered, ethical, and culturally responsive mental health counseling, supporting clients as they move toward greater balance, resilience, and overall mental wellness.
I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.
Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.
I am a doctoral level professional therapist who can help you reflect and grow in your daily life through gentle challenges. My ideal client is someone who is ready and open to change/self-improvement. You are the expert in your own life; I would like to help you access that power and knowledge in a readily available way. I look forward to working with you.

Hello,
I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.
Hi, I’m Brandon, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and hope. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a cycle of depression, struggling in your relationships, or simply searching for a deeper sense of purpose, you don’t have to go through it alone. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns. I also offer couples and family counseling, helping loved ones reconnect, communicate better, and heal together. I believe that every person has unique strengths and talents that can help them overcome obstacles.
My goal is to help you uncover those strengths, regain stability, and develop the tools to move forward with resilience. Through a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and faith-based psychotherapy, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
Healing is a journey, and I’d love to walk alongside you. If you're ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, let’s talk
Hi, I'm Diana. I'm a licensed clinical social worker of Latina, Dominican heritage, bilingual in English and Spanish. I bring years of clinical experience across school-based social work, foster care, supportive housing, and outpatient therapy in New York and Florida. I work with clients of all ages, from early childhood through late adulthood. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic work, and mindfulness. I tailor each session to what my client needs. I'm also continually expanding my training, so clients receive current, evidence-based care.
If you're used to being the one who has it together for everyone else, but lately you've been running on empty, you don't have to keep carrying it alone! I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many of my clients are dancers, athletes, performers, helping professionals, and high-achievers who look successful on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in high-performance coaching, fitness, and behavior change. Today, I blend that background with evidence-based therapy to help clients understand themselves more deeply while building practical skills for lasting change.

🌿 My Approach to Counseling
Forty-four years ago, I was trained as a Holistic Social Worker, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working across the Americas — with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. Over the decades, I’ve learned that healing looks different for everyone, and that true change happens when we feel safe, respected, and understood.
My counseling approach is person-centered, meaning that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support and strengthen your natural motivation to change. There are many healing traditions in the world, and I will always honor you and your choices as we find what works best for your journey.
I combine cognitive (thought-based) and somatic (body-based) techniques to help you bridge the mind–body connection. My specialty is working with stress and trauma, helping you understand how your nervous system responds and what it needs to return to balance.
It’s important to remember: trauma lives in the nervous system — not in the event itself.
When your system becomes dysregulated, symptoms arise because the residual energy from those experiences hasn’t been released.
If your system is stuck on “High”, you may feel rage, hyperactivity, anxiety, panic, or find yourself engaging in high-risk behaviors.
If your system is stuck on “Low”, you may experience depression, exhaustion, numbness, disconnection, or hopelessness.
Together, we’ll gently guide your nervous system toward discharge and regulation, helping your body and mind restore calm, clarity, and connection.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
I first started as a psychologist in Cuba and worked specifically with children and adults predominantly family dysfunctions and behavioral problems. I then came to the U.S. and worked as a case manager, which gave me a more hands-on experience in the field. This opportunity inspired a more rounded approach to the way I can help clients and their families.
I now work as a counselor with a more wide-spread clientele. Thanks to this background, I’ve had experience working with all age groups and different cultures, as well as different sexual orientations. I prefer to adjust my therapeutic methods to my client’s needs, but I mostly practice psychoeducation, person-centered, and CBT.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, National Certified Counselor, and Ph.D. candidate in Counseling with a specialization in Family and Couple Therapy, I bring a compassionate, integrative, and culturally attuned approach to therapy. I view mental health as more than the absence of illness—it is a state of well-being where individuals can access their inner resources to manage life’s challenges and thrive.
In my PhD-level clinical work, I use Bowen Family Systems Therapy as a diagnostic and relational framework, while integrating trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and attachment-based approaches to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. This multidimensional approach allows me to support healing from childhood trauma, strengthen marital and relational dynamics, and empower families navigating complex life transitions.
With a background in Social Sciences and a master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling, I combine academic rigor with practical experience. I have developed strong clinical skills in assessment, multicultural counseling, and individualized intervention planning. Rooted in a strengths-based philosophy, I believe every client has inherent value and potential. My role as a therapist is to help clients tap into that strength with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
Life is full of change, and sometimes those changes can feel overwhelming. I believe there is no single “right way” to handle life’s challenges, which is why I take a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel supported and more at ease with where you are while working toward where you want to be.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of approaches including expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, yoga, nature-based practices, nutrition, and relationship work. Perhaps you've spent years trying to understand your family dynamics, navigate painful relationships, and make sense of why the past still hurts. You've talked about your experiences, gained insight, and tried to move forward, yet something still feels unresolved. You're tired of questioning yourself, minimizing your pain, and carrying the emotional weight of experiences you never asked for. You want to feel heard, trust yourself again, and finally begin healing from what you've been carrying.
Hello, and welcome. I'm Kanilina Clerge, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of KC Counseling and Wellness. We specialize in helping adults and couples navigate the impact of trauma on relationships, emotional well-being, and daily life.
Our Grow Therapy profile represents KC Counseling & Wellness as a practice, rather than a specific counselor. We thoughtfully review each client's intake information and match them with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs.
Our approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. We integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relationship-focused interventions to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
If you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trust issues, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting effects of difficult life experiences, we strive to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and deeper connection can occur.
