The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.
I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and mature teens navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear to be functioning well on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure why life no longer feels like theirs.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded. Therapy is a space to slow down, think more clearly, and better understand the patterns driving stress, overthinking, emotional disconnection, and relationship struggles. Together, we work toward meaningful changes that feel sustainable in everyday life.
I use structured, evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-focused work to help clients respond more effectively to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in leadership and project-based roles across multiple industries and cultures, including over a decade working throughout Latin America. Experiencing challenges could be overwhelming, draining, and lonely at times, which is why I believe that as a therapist the most important tool I can offer is being present and genuinely caring for the wellbeing of those seeking help. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
Hi, I’m Dvorah, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also gaining practical tools for growth and healing. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, blending evidence-based methods such as CBT, attachment-based therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients improve communication, build healthier relationships, increase emotional resilience, and feel more connected to themselves and the people around them.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. I view therapy as a partnership, combining practical coping strategies with insight-oriented support. Whether you face major life transitions, anxiety, or challenges related to ADHD, I am here to help you heal, grow, and live authentically. I specialize in neurodivergence, executive functioning, and building practical skills, utilizing CBT, DBT, and mindfulness tools to build a safe space for your growth. Together, we will work to understand old habits, leverage your strengths, and help you live a proud, authentic, and values-driven life.
I've spent the last ten years accompanying people toward something better as an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who are ready to make real changes but aren't sure where to start. I'm relaxed, direct, and focused on making every session count. I also happen to think I'm pretty funny, so at least I have that going for me.
Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!
Hi, I'm Julia, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and women who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and difficult life experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by overthinking, people-pleasing, low self-confidence, or the pressure of trying to meet other's expectations while neglecting their own needs.
I help those who are struggling during life transitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. I also work with women who find themselves caught in patterns of people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for other's emotions. Together, we work to create healthier relationships, increase self-worth, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
For teens experiencing anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or social struggles, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.
I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Whether you're carrying effects of childhood trauma, painful relationships, or difficult life events, EMDR can help reduce the emotional impact of those experiences and support healing.
I work with individuals who experience communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, or relationship stress. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and others while developing healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on through healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.
I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

I provide active, collaborative virtual therapy for adults across New York, Florida, and Vermont who feel stuck in repetitive loops of anxiety, childhood trauma, or intense emotional triggers like anger. My approach is highly active and integrative, blending Internal Family Systems parts work with somatic, body-centered awareness and mindfulness tools. I believe that your current struggles, whether that looks like a harsh inner critic, an automatic defensive reaction, or a constant state of physical restlessness, are simply survival strategies that your system built to protect you. Outside of my clinical credentials as a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my background in yoga and meditation heavily shapes how I work. I don't see you as a list of symptoms to be fixed, but as a whole person capable of deep resilience. Starting therapy is a courageous decision and often the most important step toward healing and change. I offer a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My background includes extensive work with children, teens, and families. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.
I’m committed to creating a collaborative, compassionate space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward the goals that matter most to you.
