Our first session is a space for you to exhale. We’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in — especially the relationship patterns or attachment triggers that feel most confusing or overwhelming right now. You don’t need to have it perfectly organized or know exactly what to say. I’ll help guide the conversation. We’ll explore what’s currently happening in your relationships, how anxiety shows up for you, and any relevant past experiences that may be connected. My goal in the first session is to understand your patterns, your strengths, and what you’d like to feel differently. You can expect our work to feel collaborative and steady. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns I notice, and help you begin making sense of what feels chaotic. By the end of our first session, we’ll identify clear goals and a direction for our work together so you leave with both clarity and hope.
