Hi, I’m Annie, an LMHC who works with women and girls struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and attachment-related patterns in relationships. Do you find yourself constantly analyzing texts, worrying about how you’re perceived, or feeling overly responsible for others’ emotions? Maybe you struggle to set boundaries or feel anxious when there’s distance in your relationships. These patterns can feel exhausting—but they’re also understandable. In our work together, we’ll explore where these patterns come from and how they’re showing up in your life today. I combine insight-oriented work with practical tools so you can better manage anxiety, build secure relationships, and feel more confident being yourself. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real—where you can show up exactly as you are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right” words—I’ll guide the conversation and meet you where you are. We’ll talk about what you’ve been struggling with, any patterns you’ve noticed (especially in relationships or anxiety), and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and not judged. We’ll move at your pace, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients make sense of patterns that once felt chaotic or overwhelming. If you struggle with anxious attachment, you may feel confused by how intense your reactions can be in relationships. I’m skilled at identifying the underlying attachment dynamics and helping you understand why your nervous system responds the way it does — without shame or judgment. I balance warmth with clarity. While I create a supportive space, I also gently challenge unhelpful patterns and help you connect the dots between past experiences and present relationship dynamics. Clients often share that they feel both deeply understood and practically supported. I’m especially attuned to the unique experience of high-achieving women who appear confident and capable externally but feel insecure in love. My work focuses on helping you feel steady and secure in relationships without sacrificing your independence, ambition, or sense of self.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are high-achieving women who feel confident and capable in their careers but struggle with anxiety and insecurity in romantic relationships. They may identify with anxious attachment patterns — overthinking interactions, fearing abandonment, seeking reassurance, or feeling emotionally unsettled when there’s distance or uncertainty. Many of the women I work with are insightful, motivated, and committed to growth. They’re often tired of repeating the same relationship patterns and want to understand why they react so strongly in love when they feel steady everywhere else in life. I’m best positioned to support women who are ready to look deeper at attachment patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create relationships that feel secure rather than stressful. If you’re motivated for change and open to honest, reflective work, we’ll likely be a strong fit.
