Hi!
I am Sam and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist. I believe that every individual is capable of change. I know change can be scary and it takes courage to make the first step in asking for help. I believe building rapport and being met with compassion is essential to creating a healing environment to empower you to be the best you. Sometimes we are just held back by maladaptive behavioral or thought patterns, we feel overwhelmed with distressing thoughts and emotions, we experience constant worry/anxiety over past or future events, or we find that words simply are not enough to express ourselves. With my support, we will fill your toolbox full of skills to reach your full potential, overcome obstacles, and live the life that you want to live!
I use evidence-based practices with my clients which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (skills-based). I have also been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention.
I have spent most of my post-graduate experience working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, and OCD. My goal as a clinician is to set up therapeutic goals and then provide my clients with the right tools to reach those goals, all while providing a safe place to express themselves.
Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.
I am an LCSW, licensed in FL, VT, MA, MD and Co, and work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, numerous changes in life, and grief or loss, related to the world around us! My name is Alyssa Koch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals on their journey to deeper self-discovery and satisfaction with life. I believe that I can help you build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing healthy coping skills to better handle stress. As a licensed therapist and social worker, my values drive my work. Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Florida and I have Master's degrees in both Counseling and Psychology and in Biblical Studies and Theological Foundations. I have been practicing for 14 years and assisted numerous clients with pre-marital counseling, marriage and family challenges, and individual counseling. I also facilitate groups around topics that are relevant to strengthening relationships.
I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have worked with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, family therapy and couples counseling. I love seeing the transformation that can happen when those I work with look at life from a different perspective. When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to work on those changes. I would love to be the one to help you live your best life.
I have been a therapist for over twenty years. It is an honor to support clients to achieve their goals for joy, peace, and understanding.
I enjoy watching clients "find themselves" again after a period of performing on autopilot. Whatever your goals are, I believe that with the right support you will be successful. I am here to listen and to support you as you explore where you are and where you would like to go.
I believe meaningful change comes from understanding not only what we do, but why we do it. My practice is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which focuses on identifying the deeper emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Many of the struggles people face today, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, and recurring life patterns, often have roots in earlier experiences that continue to influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to understand these patterns so they no longer have to dictate your life.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients develop greater emotional insight, strengthen their capacity to regulate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build a more cohesive and authentic sense of self. I believe lasting psychological change occurs when we understand the underlying dynamics that drive our reactions instead of simply learning to manage them.
While psychodynamic therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is clinically appropriate. CBT can provide practical strategies for challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing symptoms, and building healthier behavioral habits while complementing the deeper exploratory work of psychodynamic therapy.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, personality difficulties, relationship concerns, or simply feel stuck in repeating the same patterns, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop greater resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I provide clients a safe place to speak with truth and authenticity. I have a personable, laid back approach and believe your time should be geared toward self exploration. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. Together, we can activate your potential to bring happiness back into your life.
I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world), I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!!
Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations.
Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment.
While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate), and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.

Therapy can be a bit scary, but you are making the right choice by taking the steps to improve your mental health. I offer a safe space where you can feel heard, seen, and understood, but also be held accountable for making decisions and changes that will be meaningful to your life.
Hi! I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist based out of Montana with licenses in Florida and Montana. I have 13 years of experience working with adults and groups. I have 7 years of experience working with a bariatric population. I work with adults who want to learn how to use nutrition and physical activity to improve their physical and mental well-being. I also use evidence-based therapies and techniques and teach my clients how to use these same techniques to improve their lives! I work with high-functioning individuals who need some guidance in meeting their goals.
You can be successful on paper and still feel like you have lost yourself in the process.
I work with creatives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and public-facing leaders who are accomplished and outwardly composed, yet privately feel anxious, depleted, or disconnected from themselves. You may be overthinking decisions, carrying pressure no one else sees, questioning your direction, struggling with imposter feelings, or realizing that the version of you that helped you succeed no longer feels like who you are.
My approach is identity-focused and coaching-informed. We will look beneath the immediate symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, expectations, and internal pressures shaping how you move through life. From there, we will work toward meaningful changes that support greater self-trust, emotional steadiness, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection with yourself.
Therapy with me is not about becoming better at tolerating a life that no longer fits. It is about coming back to who you are and building from there.
I offer online therapy throughout Florida and private, in-person therapy with a therapy dog in North Miami.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing for several years. I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to build healthier coping skills, improve communication, and develop greater self-awareness. Together, we work toward feeling more confident, connected, and emotionally balanced.
