Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel genuinely heard, and explore what is happening in your life without fear of judgment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with doctoral-level training, I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I do not believe therapy is about simply telling you what to do or giving you a list of solutions. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that can help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. I also understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create an environment where you can be honest and curious, feel supported, and work at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling ready for something different, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and deeper confidence in the choices you make. I want you to leave therapy not only feeling understood, but also feeling more equipped to navigate life independently, trust yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. I view therapy as a partnership, and I value creating a space where you can feel challenged, encouraged, and genuinely supported throughout the process.

My name is Miguel Lopez, a Hispanic male (He/Him/His) and U.S. Army combat veteran who brings a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. Fluent in Spanish and passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges, I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University, and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Pikes Peak State College. With over a decade of experience as a caseworker, substance abuse counselor, and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing real-life struggles and in need of daily support. Life can be tough, and we all face difficult moments—whether it’s a breakup, divorce, grief, the loss of a loved one or pet, or even a job loss. In these times, having an unbiased person to offer support can make a world of difference. I see trauma as an unexpected part of life that is often hard to process, but with the right help, it can be managed and overcome healthily. I’ve personally experienced more than my share of trauma, grief, loss, sadness, depression, and substance use, and I sought help to work through them. My approach to therapy is centered on helping people in the best way possible, always with an open mind. I often use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, because I believe mental health is hard to prioritize when physical needs aren’t met, or issues like homelessness or substance abuse are present. I enjoy working with clients from age 5 to older adults who face Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and other mental health or substance use challenges. It’s easy to fight battles alone and suffer in silence, but you don’t have to anymore—together, we can work toward healing and a better future.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification. Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens. I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities. I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!

I’m Michelle (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Florida.    Central Florida has been my home for over 15 years. I attended University of Central Florida where I completed both a Bachelors and Masters of Social Work.  During my Masters, I also specialized in Military Social Work and received training in Play Therapy.  Since then, I have gone on to work with families and youth, strengthening relationships, overcoming trauma (particularly sexual trauma), and building their self- worth. I have 6 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker where I have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically with adolescents and their families. Along with acquiring skills in expressive therapies, therapy outdoors,  as well as superhero therapy to utilize fandom and creativity to help clients reach their Better Tomorrow. Currently I am an MSTI Florida Certified Sex Therapist. I am a mother, a wife, a survivor, and like you I am flawed.  Each of us is on a journey of self growth and discovery and I would love to be a part of yours.

Hi there, I’m Deborah! If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about how to move forward, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress. I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. I use approaches that can help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional support, and practical strategies based on your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and understood, while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.

Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I am an ally to the LGBTQ community and it is important to me that clients find this a safe space. I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

You can be successful on paper and still feel like you have lost yourself in the process. I work with creatives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and public-facing leaders who are accomplished and outwardly composed, yet privately feel anxious, depleted, or disconnected from themselves. You may be overthinking decisions, carrying pressure no one else sees, questioning your direction, struggling with imposter feelings, or realizing that the version of you that helped you succeed no longer feels like who you are. My approach is identity-focused and coaching-informed. We will look beneath the immediate symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, expectations, and internal pressures shaping how you move through life. From there, we will work toward meaningful changes that support greater self-trust, emotional steadiness, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection with yourself. Therapy with me is not about becoming better at tolerating a life that no longer fits. It is about coming back to who you are and building from there. I offer online therapy throughout Florida and private, in-person therapy with a therapy dog in North Miami.
