Hello, My name is Natalie Lewis and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and the U. S. Virgin Islands. My educational background is in psychology, marriage and family therapy, and industrial organizational psychology. I specialize in providing counseling to individuals, groups, children, teenagers, young adults, couples, and married couples. I work on issues of anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD and family discord etc. I also complete Immigration Evaluations.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is an information gathering session. This is where clients will be able to share openly about their concerns and share what they want to work on.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strengths are my ability to listen. Also, to not impose my own beliefs and ways of doing things on others. I follow the client's lead towards the issues and problems that they want to focus on and work through. I acknowledge the clients' strengths and abilities and that they will be able to work through and make healthy decisions to benefit them in the long run.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Teach strategies to help resolve current and past issues - through the use of behavioral coping mechanisms.
Family Therapy
Work with families on current and past issues to being to re-build rapport, resolve problems and gain a better understanding of each other to function cohesively together.
