Are you feeling overwhelmed by a world not built for your brain? I work with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, including those with ADHD, high functioning Autism or AuDHD often late-diagnosed, who are tired of 'trying harder' and ready to start 'trying differently. I provide a space where you don’t have to mask to be heard.
I also help older adults distinguish between 'senior moments' and the lifelong patterns of ADHD. If retirement has removed the structure you once relied on, making it harder to stay organized or present in conversations, we can work together to find clarity. It is never too late to understand your brain and reclaim your focus. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Anger and Relationship Issues.
You haven't been feeling like yourself, which is maybe the reason that led you to want to see about getting help. I commend you. There's absolutely nothing wrong with seeking help to work on being a better version of yourself.
I aim to work with you to empower and uplift as well as provide a different perspective. Whether you are looking to work through grief, depression or anxiety I help you hone in on identifying triggers and healthier ways to overcome them.
You are not alone in this journey, together we will explore and set goals that will be achieved. I look forward to being a part of your therapeutic journey.
