Hi, I’m Victoria, and I truly understand the importance of mental health from both a personal and professional perspective. With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve seen firsthand how life’s challenges can affect us, and I’m passionate about helping others navigate their struggles with empathy and support. I’ve worked as a Crisis Therapist, providing immediate care to those in distress, and as an individual therapist helping clients of all ages—ranging from 6 to 45 years old—through issues like anxiety, depression, suicidal crises, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I believe in meeting each person where they are and creating a safe, open space for healing and growth.

My name is Nikki Caravella and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Social Work at Youngstown State University in 1996 and my Master's Degree at Case Western Reserve University in 1998. Since that time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients. Each of them came into service bringing a unique history and presenting with equally distinct needs and expectations of counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges.
I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive/behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to the events. If you happen to live in or near Ocala and are able to come in person for session, we can utilize a treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to neutralize heightened emotional responses.

If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine, down-to-earth, and willing to meet you where you are, you're in the right place.

Clients who come to me are strong, and often need a compassionate, listening ear of someone who "gets it." Perhaps you're someone who has never seen a therapist, or maybe you are a seasoned pro. Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.

Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.
Welcome! I'm Ryan. Are you feeling the waves of life? Some waves are gentle and predictable, while others seem to come out of nowhere and knock us completely off balance. Fears may arise about your future, or past trauma might bubble to the surface of your awareness. Anxiety and depression can be normal responses to changes in your insight, losses and transitions. Relationships can become challenging to navigate when we are experiencing such waves. I will meet you where you're at to help you achieve a feeling of wellness.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in counseling children, adolescents and adults, with diverse backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, parenting issues, Peripartum depression/anxiety and grief and loss. Hi! I’m Dakota.

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents with any problem but specialize working through anxiety, trauma, and/or abandonment issues. I am uniquely suited to offer therapy to individuals with high IQ’s who may have difficulties connecting with the emotional side of therapy. I love working with the geek population and offer therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons™ services. I am also a trained rehabilitation therapist, so if you’re struggling with what you do with your life/career or have a highschooler wondering what trade or college path is a good fit, I can do career counseling.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University. I’ve been in practice for seven years and specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate anxiety and the everyday stressors of life. I’m passionate about walking alongside my clients as they work through their fears and challenges, empowering them to become the person they were created to be. For clients who desire it, I also incorporate faith-based principles into the therapeutic process, offering a space where both emotional and spiritual growth can take place.
My approach to therapy is primarily supportive and grounded in a faith-based perspective. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged. I often incorporate biblical guidance to help individuals make sense of the trials and stressors that come with being human, offering both emotional support and spiritual insight. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to walk alongside you—helping you find peace, clarity, and purpose through both practical strategies and faith-based reflection.
BROKEN CRAYONS STILL COLOR! And I am living proof of that! Trauma, mistakes, bad decisions, regrets....none of it defines who we TRULY are inside. These experiences help us to grow stronger and learn more about ourselves in the long run. Growth and healing is what it's all about.
Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!!
I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. However, they can lose themselves while caring for others. I love to help women prioritize their own self-care needs to help them be the best version of themselves when they show up for others. Let me remind you of who you are!
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.
I am available in the late afternoons/evenings, and I am accepting new clients.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and co-owner of Hope in the Gale Therapeutic Healing where I provide individual and group therapy, collaborate to curate tailored wellness services, and consult on areas related to psychology and trauma.
