Hi, I’m Kizzy, and I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burned out, discouraged, or unsure where to turn. Together, we create a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. I use evidence-based, compassionate approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and parenting stress, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My style is collaborative, grounded, and practical—I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also building tools you can use in everyday life. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Healing is possible, even when it feels hard to imagine right now. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals and couples through complex emotional challenges, including relationship concerns, codependency, addiction, family conflict, domestic abuse, divorce, and loss. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and take the next step toward feeling more grounded and empowered, I would be honored to work with you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify what you hope to gain from this process. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to build a supportive, collaborative relationship. This session is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin your journey toward healing and wholeness.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Creating a supportive space where clients feel safe to rediscover their voice and rebuild confidence Helping clients quiet self-critical thought patterns that fuel anxiety, depression, and self-doubt Supporting clients in navigating difficult relationship dynamics and making empowered, healthy choices Guiding clients through trauma processing at a pace that feels safe and manageable
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. My ideal clients may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties, grief, trauma, or family conflict. You do not need to have a specific diagnosis or a clearly defined goal to begin therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to make a change, therapy can be a supportive place to start. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where growth and healing can occur.
