Hi! I'm Eileen. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues? Since the onslaught of Covid 19, many people have presented with anxiety and depression who have never had symptoms in the past. We have experienced a time of uncertainty unknown to us. I empower clients of all ages to manage anxiety and depression, as well as provide tools to help. Some of my modalities include Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An integrated approach can be used as well. I have been described as a good, caring, sensitive, and energetic listener. I love being a therapist and enjoy seeing my clients grow over time due to putting in the necessary work.
