Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in the state of Florida. I completed my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I have been in the field of mental health for 5 years, working in the inpatient, and outpatient settings. I’m a dedicated therapist in Aventura, passionate about helping my clients navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of the state of Florida. I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Walden University. I have been working with adolescents through senior adults since 2014. I help individual struggling with life stressors, change, adaptability, adjusting and internal and external pressures.

I'm a daughter, wife, mother and entrepreneur. I have two young children and a devoted husband of 14 years. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years post masters experience working in a variety of treatment settings or levels of care from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to employee assistance programs. I have also worked with a variety of clients spanning the entire life spectrum and with a variety of issues.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to travel while in the military and then afterwards as a civilian.
