I have 30 years of experience in providing mental health services in community mental health clinics, psychiatric facilities and criminal justice facilities. For the past several years I have focused on providing individual teletherapy sessions to persons who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives.

We provide services to adult clients, adolescent clients, couples and families.
