Hello! I am a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist, with addiitonal post graduate training in marriage and family therapy. I also provide parent-child therapy for parents with children from ages 2 to 7, who show behavior and or attention difficulties,. I have tremendous respect for individuals who are open to addressing their difficult experiences. To do so, requires courage, and I will partner with you on this journey. Painful life experiences leave an unfinished learning, and the purpose of therapy is to complete this learning. In individual therapy, I help client’s to say, “No,” without feeling guilty, and to move away from repetitive overthinking. We will address your “inner critic” to help you to be present in relating to others. Individual therapy can address your motivation and vitality, helping you to manage stress, rather than stress managing you. With couples and family therapy, I help couples stop having the same argument over and over. After infidelity, couples may find the path back to “us.” Partners with parenting differences can learn to collaborate for their kids.

"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

My name is Alexia but most people call me Lexi. I am a therapist dedicated to improving the lives of others. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and I love to provide a unique and fresh perspective on handling life’s challenges. I utilize a person centered approach so you are at the forefront of your treatment. I look forward to working with you!
Trauma, Depression, and anxiety can feel like an unbearable weight on your shoulders. Everyone has the capacity for growth and healing and whether it requires working through the past, being mindful of the present, or prepare for the future, you are capable of creating the life you desire.
I am a client centered therapist who utilizes evidenced based, cognitive- behavioral, and mindfulness approaches in order to engage one's body, mind, and spirit for an integrated approach to wellness. Allow me to walk with you through life's obstacles in order to attain better insight and inner peace.
As a clinical social worker, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens.
I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just
the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities.
I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with
every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!
