Your life feels like a lot right now and sleep doesn't come easy when your mind won't shut down. You replay conversations, brace for what might go wrong, and criticize yourself for not handling things better. You're not weak, and you're not "going crazy." You're worn out, and what used to help isn't working anymore..
I know what it's like to get to the point when talking to a friend is no longer enough. I'm Mari, a bilingual (English/Espanol), licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience helping women through hard seasons. Together we'll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, quiet that harsh inner voice, and build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.
Faith, your way. If you'd like your Christian faith woven into our work, including Scripture, I'd be honored to do that. If you'd prefer a non-faith-based approach, you're just as welcome.

Repasas conversaciones una y otra vez, te preparas para lo que podría salir mal y te criticas por no manejar las cosas mejor. No eres débil y no te estás "volviendo loca".
Fe, a tu manera. Si deseas que tu fe cristiana forme parte de nuestro trabajo, será un honor para mí. Si prefieres un enfoque que no esté basado en la fe, eres igual de bienvenida.

Hi—Hola. I’m Andrea, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
For over nine years, I have walked alongside people as they navigate anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Because I have my own lived experience with trauma, I deeply understand how it can stay in the body and nervous system—often showing up as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or that heavy, persistent feeling of never being quite “enough.”
My therapeutic style is warm, trauma-informed, and bilingual (English/Spanish). My clinical expertise is focused on supporting clients through depression and anxiety, healing childhood trauma, repairing attachment wounds, and helping you gently reconnect with your body as a vital part of your healing. My hope is to offer you a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, building tools that truly help—like setting loving boundaries, nurturing a kinder inner voice, and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationship patterns.
Because finding the right therapist is such a deeply personal and important part of your journey, I want to make sure I am the best possible fit for you. As much as I would love to help everyone who reaches out, ethically and professionally, I cannot. It is my responsibility to ensure you get the exact care you need and deserve. With that in mind, I invite you to read through my full profile. At the bottom, you will see a list of diagnoses and concerns that fall outside of my clinical expertise. If what you are going through right now is on that list, I encourage you to seek out a provider whose specialties speak directly to your needs. You truly deserve to be supported by someone who is fully equipped to guide you.

Hi, I'm Jackie.
One question stays with me before every session:
If I were sitting where my client is sitting, what would help me feel safe enough to come back?
That question shapes how I show up as a therapist.
Therapy changed my life because it gave me something I didn't know I was missing, a place where I didn't have to perform, explain, or earn my worth. That's the kind of space I hope to create for every person I work with.
I don't believe people are broken.
I believe people adapt.
One quote has stayed with me for years because it captures that idea better than I ever could:
"I lived in a glass house into which my mother could look at any time. In a glass house, however, you cannot conceal anything without giving yourself away, except by hiding it under the ground. And then you cannot see it yourself, either."
I think many of us grow up in our own version of a glass house. Maybe you became the responsible one, the peacemaker, the perfectionist, or the person who learned to stay quiet. Those weren't flaws, they were ways of surviving.
The challenge is that what helped us survive then doesn't always help us live now.
That's where therapy begins.
Together, we'll become curious about the patterns you've been living, not because I want to fix you, but because I want you to understand yourself.
My approach integrates attachment theory, parts work, CBT, DBT, and nervous system regulation because healing isn't about treating isolated symptoms. It's about making sense of your story so you can trust yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more like your own.
With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I take an integrated and personalized approach to therapy, honoring each client’s unique journey. My focus is on building a strong foundation of trust and safety, creating space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, we'll work together to find a path to wellness that aligns with your values and goals.

I truly believe in a person's ability to grow and change as you travel down your pathway to mental health and well-being. Learning to live in the present allows us to experience healing and wellness in the here and now. Whether you're dealing with complex relationship issues that seem hopeless and overwhelming or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where healing and growth are encouraged. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with trust, empathy and compassion while using evidence-based techniques so you can overcome barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back. I am honored to work with you and wish you all the best on your journey.
I have over 16 years of clinical management, regulatory compliance, and consulting experience in behavioral healthcare systems-both public and private. When treating patients, I take on an eclectic approach and tailor sessions to each individual and situation. I firmly believe in engaging the patient, family, and/or organization in order to develop a therapeutic relationship that can be life long and rewarding in the recovery process. Helping patients find their path to a better life is my passion in a confidential setting.
Welcome! I am a licensed counselor (LMHC) serving clients across Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Florida via Telehealth! Are you stressed out and ready to build the resiliency needed to navigate burnout and overthinking? I provide a dedicated virtual space for high achievers and professionals to rediscover their internal strengths and find clarity in the midst of life's heavy transitions. My counseling style is deeply person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as an active guide—offering clear direction, empathy, warmth, and humor. I understand that everyone's pace is different, and I tailor treatment to what works best for you—whether that means active tools like journaling or simply using our time to process without extra tasks. Our sessions are a dedicated space to find calm and clarity without adding pressure to your life. You are in charge of this journey, and I am here to support your goals—as much or as little as you need. I value open and honest feedback, and you don't have to figure it all out alone.
