Hello, my name is Elyce, and I’m so glad our paths have crossed.
Has life been feeling overwhelming lately? Are there things you’ve been wanting to work through? Do you long to be truly heard and understood?
Life can be challenging at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can explore the difficulties you're experiencing whether they’re related to trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, or life transitions. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to heal and grow.
It’s okay to take time for yourself, to focus on what matters most to you. I would be honored to walk beside you on this journey.
A little about me: I’m originally from New York and now practice in Florida. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years as a special education teacher in NYC, working primarily with students with emotional and behavioral challenges and those on the autism spectrum. I hold an Ed.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and bring over eight years of clinical experience to my practice.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self.
Together, we’ll work to transform pain into resilience and help you step into the strongest, most empowered version of yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to take that next step, I’m here for you.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master’s from Capella University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help everyone from young adults struggling with emerging adult issues to those who are in their 60’s transitioning into retirement. I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety and all mental health issues associated with both.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from Complex PTSD and family-of-origin issues that continue to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain—often carrying the weight of old wounds that never had the chance to fully heal.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I honor your unique experiences and tailor our work together to meet your specific needs and goals. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other trauma-informed methods, we’ll work to reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences so you can move toward greater clarity, self-connection, and peace.
Healing from complex trauma takes courage, but it is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create a space where your story is understood, your resilience is honored, and meaningful change can take root.
Hi there, I am Charly.
As a clinical therapist, I admire your willingness to seek therapy support. I want to offer understanding, and empathic emotional support to assist anyone experiencing emotional distress.
Most people tend to suffer silently in their heads, or minds, due to conscious or subconscious, self-blame, shame, or guilt feelings as they seem to feel helpless. Individuals experiencing acute emotional distress due to mental health conditions often fail to realize that unresolved, deep internal pain or heartache is silently triggering their emotional distress.
One school of talk therapy called, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), proposes that the lack of the capacity for "Psychological Flexibility" and our brain's default, or Survival Mode functioning the instinctual responses of "Flight or Flight," as required for human survival.
As, your therapist, I am willing to support you in exploring your difficulty or distress and examine the mental barriers or psychological blinders causing you to feel internally conflicted and stuck. Some of my past and current clients tell me that "my ability to relate to them with an open mind and withholding personal judgment and a solution-focused perspective," helps them to feel at ease and connect with me and my style of therapy.
I follow an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from academic learning, experiential knowledge, and over 30 years of practicing experience using evidence-based treatment modalities based on scientific literature and up-to-date neuroscience research. I have training and experience in the following major treatment modalities such as CBT, REBT, SFBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and specifically to deal with trauma, a newer form of Rapid Eye Movement Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
Hi! I'm Jenn and I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Tampa, Florida. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and substance abuse as well as those just having difficulties dealing with everyday life. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children and love watching people increase self-awareness and create sustainable change in their lives. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use these modalities in individual, family and group settings. I take an individualized approach to every client I work with. Everyone has a unique story to tell I am here to listen and help them work through any challenges. My goal is to see my clients reach their highest potential. I want to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in all areas. I want to empower them to identify the things that could be blocking them and how to break though. My clients appreciate my authentic and genuine approach to treatment. I am truly passionate about what I do! I am excited about the opportunity to work with you!
During a 13-year career in industry working as an engineer, I became inspired through a steady variety of volunteer work helping others within my community. I returned to school and earned my Master of Social Work degree. Recognizing that our body actively participates in all of our life experiences, I completed my Massage Therapy Certification. As I continued to work with more people in therapy, I learned about a novel approach that I could use to bridge these two disciplines, and I became a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and I virtually assist folks living in Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. For over 30 years I have worked with people within adolescent, adult, and elder populations, US military veterans, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. Many have struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, gender incongruence, mood disorders, psychosis, substance use disorders, grief and loss, and chronic pain and illness.

Welcome! I provide individual therapy to adults dealing with a variety of challenges including: anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions/adjustment issues, complex trauma, and attachment issues. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you have been in therapy before, it is important to choose a therapist that you feel connected to and has experience in treating the areas that align with your needs.
Therapy is an intimate experience, a collaboration between you and the therapist. I take that role seriously and understand that to do my best work, I need to understand each client holistically. Therapy helps uncover strengths and learn new skills that will allow you to deal with the challenges that arise in life. A successful therapy experience does not mean a person is cured, it means the person has the inner and outer resources to deal with the ups and downs of life. My goal is to help you develop the skills necessary to successfully deal with life, on your own terms.
With warmth, compassion, and a bit of humor, I aim to create a safe, supportive environment to help foster personal growth and healing.

I look forward to working with you!
Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

I was inspired to become a therapist because I wanted to be the kind of safe, supportive presence for others that I needed during my own childhood. What I love most about this work is seeing the growth my clients make, but also being there through the tough times when they stumble and watching them find the strength to get back up. I have a deep commitment to building trust, honoring each person’s unique journey, and empowering them to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I’m a therapist with three years of experience supporting clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, which allows me to offer a balance of structure, compassion, and empowerment. Hi, I’m Glen Cognac, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. For years I’ve worked across different levels of care, from PHP and IOP to outpatient treatment, which has given me a unique perspective on what clients truly need at different stages of recovery and healing.
My approach is neuroscience-informed and evidence-based. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients not only understand what is happening in their lives, but also why. By looking at how the brain and body respond to stress, trauma, and cravings, I help people build practical tools that make lasting change possible.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you don’t just talk about your struggles, but also discover strengths you may not have realized you had. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, ashamed, or afraid of repeating old patterns; and together we create a new way forward.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen with compassion, offer clarity, and give you tools that actually work in daily life, I’d be honored to support you.
Trauma can impact any person; but it doesn't define the person. In therapy sessions, we process feelings and emotions related to the traumatic experience/event looking to heal and move forward with resilience and self-love.

Hola! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and non-profit work. I grew up in Los Angeles, completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in the Bronx, and now call Ocala, Florida home.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, each with their own unique stories and needs. My work is guided by an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to find what fits best for you. I’ve worked extensively with family systems, intergenerational trauma, parents and children facing behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, women navigating life transitions, and people seeking to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be causing distress, mood difficulties, anxiety, or OCD.
Some of my specialties include helping young adults transition into life after high school, supporting parents and partners as they navigate family life, and walking alongside Latina women who are balancing relationships, cultural expectations, independence, and self-care.
I believe deeply that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, empowering you to uncover strengths, solutions, and coping strategies that work for your life. While I am trained in CBT and DBT, I see these as tools within a broader, collaborative process. At the heart of my practice is client-centered care — because there is no single path to healing that fits everyone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.

Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. We learn to develop a way of coping whether it is a positive or negative method to help deal with stressors or adapt to change. However, the majority of the time, we fall back on what we are accustomed to when dealing with a stressful situation or unexpected change; such as becoming confused, frustrated, emotional, withdrawing, angry, combative, or ignoring the situation and hoping the situation will just magically disappear or be resolved. Sometimes we need assistance to develop positive coping skills to deal with an unexpected changes or stressful situations.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to overcome numerous challenges. Besides treating many mental health conditions, I have specialized training in treating anxiety, career, conflict, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger management, behavior issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and Strength-based therapy. I encourage collaboration from you when designing a treatment plan to ensure it is implemented properly and to increase the potential for a successful outcome.
