My decision to become a therapist was deeply influenced by my own experiences navigating difficult periods in life and struggling to find the right support that I needed, and someone that I genuinely connected with. I understand how vulnerable, overwhelming, or uncertain it can feel to begin the therapy process. At the same time, I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be in creating meaningful change, greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and long-term personal growth.
Life can present many challenges—grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, career dissatisfaction, major life transitions, and feelings of disconnection or uncertainty. Whatever brings you to therapy, your experiences are valid, and you do not have to navigate them alone. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I believe that gaining deeper insight into yourself and making intentional choices toward healing and growth can be incredibly empowering. Together, we will work toward helping you build the tools, confidence, and self-awareness needed to create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
