High-Conflict Couples Therapy | Infidelity Recovery | ADHD Relationship Support | Individual | Teens | Florida Telehealth
Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument on repeat? Do small issues escalate quickly, leaving you feeling unheard, resentful, or emotionally disconnected?
I specialize in high-conflict couples therapy, helping partners break toxic communication cycles, rebuild trust after infidelity, and navigate the unique challenges of ADHD in relationships—whether one or both partners are neurodivergent.
As a Gottman Level 2–trained therapist, I use structured, evidence-based couples therapy to move relationships out of constant conflict and into clear communication, emotional safety, and real connection. My work focuses on:
High-conflict communication patterns
Affair recovery and rebuilding trust after betrayal
ADHD-related relationship struggles (emotional dysregulation, miscommunication, follow-through challenges)
Repairing emotional disconnection and resentment
Many of the couples I work with feel exhausted, stuck, and unsure if their relationship can be repaired. Together, we identify the negative cycles driving conflict and replace them with practical tools that create lasting change—not just temporary fixes.
In addition to couples therapy, I provide individual therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with teens and families, particularly around emotional regulation and high-conflict dynamics.
My approach is direct, structured, and compassionate. I help you understand what’s actually happening beneath the conflict—and give you the tools to change it.

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

Hi, my name is Morgan. Do you ever feel that your life is nothing but a big puzzle and that some pieces are missing? You are not quite sure how to find those pieces. And if you do, you don't know where they fit. So you look for someone to help you find the pieces and hopefully, put them where they should go. It's not always an easy, but once completed, you feel whole. I was there once. At the age of 21, I decided to leave the U.S. and travel abroad by myself for 6 months. Then it was off to Central America. My eyes were wide open! I loved to experience different cultures. And my curiosity for differences never went away. A college mentor told me about the field of social work. So I got my MSW and thus began a new career. After years of working in the field and at various occupations, I decided to join DOD and become a Clinical Social Worker for the Navy. After 14 years of government work, I went into private practice. Now I'm here and I love it! It isn't everyone who can love what they do and do what they love. I'm waiting to hear from you; excited to hear your story and maybe share a little bit of mine so we can connect and build a rapport. You are the center of this journey and it is a humbling experience for me to be a part of it. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi! I am Carlos, and I would like to start by saying welcome! Welcome to a space where you can be yourself and find comfort in knowing that you are not alone. This decision you made for yourself to seek to further understand what is going on in your life. In this process, it is about you being the expert in your life. It is important for me to provide you a space where you feel respected, listened to, and treated with compassion. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I am a proud of graduate of USF (Bachelor's Degree) and Troy University! I am also working currently on my Ph.D in couple and family therapy from NSU! I have worked with a range of different diverse populations and a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment to major life transitions, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, acculturation, and more! I have experiences working both adults and children, and some of my experiences include working with veterans, adults in community supported living, youth and their families, and college students. My therapy style has been to be non-judgmental, strengths-based, narrative, with a touch of humor/playfulness. This space is yours to co-create with me to help get you to be the best version of yourself.

Hi there, I am Charly.
As a clinical therapist, I admire your willingness to seek therapy support. I want to offer understanding, and empathic emotional support to assist anyone experiencing emotional distress.
Most people tend to suffer silently in their heads, or minds, due to conscious or subconscious, self-blame, shame, or guilt feelings as they seem to feel helpless. Individuals experiencing acute emotional distress due to mental health conditions often fail to realize that unresolved, deep internal pain or heartache is silently triggering their emotional distress.
One school of talk therapy called, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), proposes that the lack of the capacity for "Psychological Flexibility" and our brain's default, or Survival Mode functioning the instinctual responses of "Flight or Flight," as required for human survival.
As, your therapist, I am willing to support you in exploring your difficulty or distress and examine the mental barriers or psychological blinders causing you to feel internally conflicted and stuck. Some of my past and current clients tell me that "my ability to relate to them with an open mind and withholding personal judgment and a solution-focused perspective," helps them to feel at ease and connect with me and my style of therapy.
I follow an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from academic learning, experiential knowledge, and over 30 years of practicing experience using evidence-based treatment modalities based on scientific literature and up-to-date neuroscience research. I have training and experience in the following major treatment modalities such as CBT, REBT, SFBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and specifically to deal with trauma, a newer form of Rapid Eye Movement Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
As a therapist, my commitment is to help my clients explore their needs and goals so they can discover what might be holding them back from a fulfilled life, providing the tools needed to navigate life's challenges. I challenge my clients to unlock their strengths, develop life skills, and achieve desired outcomes while fostering growth and empowerment to help facilitate each person's unique journey.

We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts.
A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. Hello there, I'm Candis.
Has life took a turn? Or maybe you have become overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety, depression, or looking to strengthen your relationship with your significant other.
I have had the honor of working with adults, Veterans, Caregivers, couples, and youth who have had difficulties with life's stressors, dealing with relationships, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and other concerns. I empower motivated individuals from a strengths-based perspective.
I enjoy using mindfulness skills as a helpful tool to look at the mind, body, and spirit to help enhance the evidence-based practices I work from. I'll meet you with a warm, empathetic, client-centered theraputic approach. Seeking professional counseling is a huge step! I look forward to the opportunity to support and empower you on this path for change.
I've been blessed to have wonderful professional positions throughout my career (see roderickhaferphd.com). Most recently I was Vice-Chair of the Psychiatry Department at the University of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with all client presentations and believe that the "connection" with those I treat is critical to therapy success. I think a 15 to 30 minute free consultation would be the best approach to determine "our fit" in working together.
I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor, located in Florida. I use humor and honesty, and I believe in the power of validation. I can help you work through common stressors such as workplace issues, relationship issues, and anxiety, and I can help you figure out who you are. Are you experiencing challenges that are interfering with your emotional health and wellbeing? Do you feel your past experiences are affecting your ability to reach your full potential? Do you need a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings and engage in self exploration?
I am a licensed psychotherapist who believes the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client. My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take the necessary steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR therapy which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. Sometimes disturbing experiences overwhelm the processing system, or we don't have the information we need for our brains to make sense of what happened in a healthy way. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain's processing system so you can successfully process the experience and let go of what's not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptative and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
