My goal is to help you understand yourself better, let go of what’s not helping, and find new ways to feel more at peace and more connected to what matters most to you. I use a mix of evidence-based and mind-body tools to help clients gain insight, release what’s no longer serving them, and feel more empowered in their day-to-day lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS) practicing since 2013. I find fulfillment in guiding clients navigate through their life stories and supporting them in achieving personal growth, self-understanding and acceptance.
