I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences. I am passionate about: Helping married couples build healthy marriages. Preparing engaged couples for marriage. Supporting individuals through grief, divorce, separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. If You Desire Faith-Based Counseling For clients who request Christian counseling, biblical principles and prayer may be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process while also utilizing evidence-based clinical approaches.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and strengths. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes. For clients who request it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and biblical principles with evidence-based CBT to support holistic healing and personal growth.
Christian Counseling
My Christian counseling approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with biblical principles for clients who desire faith to be part of their healing journey. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and follower of Jesus Christ, I provide a compassionate, Christ-centered environment where clients can explore emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns while receiving clinically sound care. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, marital conflict, life transitions, and issues of identity and purpose. When appropriate and aligned with a client’s preferences, I incorporate Scripture, prayer, biblical wisdom, and spiritual practices alongside therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused interventions. My goal is to help clients experience healing, strengthen their relationship with God and others, develop healthy coping skills, and grow in resilience, hope, and purpose. I believe faith can be a powerful source of healing, and I respect each client’s beliefs, values, and pace throughout the counseling process.
Narrative
I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore the stories they tell about themselves, their relationships, and their life experiences. Together, we examine how these stories have been shaped by past experiences, culture, family, and personal beliefs, while identifying strengths, resilience, and opportunities for growth. This approach empowers clients to separate themselves from the problems they face and develop new, more hopeful narratives that reflect their values, identity, and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and issues related to self-esteem, identity, and purpose. Through thoughtful reflection and guided conversations, I help clients recognize their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change. For clients who desire faith integration, I thoughtfully incorporate biblical principles into the counseling process, helping them view their lives through the lens of God’s grace, hope, redemption, and purpose while honoring their unique experiences and personal journey. My goal is to help clients move beyond problem-saturated stories and embrace a healthier, more empowering future grounded in resilience, healing, and hope.
Couples Counseling
I am passionate about helping couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships by fostering greater understanding, trust, and emotional connection. My approach to couples counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each couple’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, infidelity recovery, parenting challenges, life transitions, and marital distress. Together, we identify unhealthy relationship patterns, strengthen communication skills, improve conflict resolution, rebuild intimacy, and develop practical strategies that promote long-term relationship health. My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while emphasizing empathy, accountability, and mutual respect. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the counseling process. For couples who desire a faith-based approach, I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles and Christian values into therapy, helping them strengthen both their relationship with one another and their relationship with God. My goal is to equip couples with the tools, insight, and confidence needed to navigate challenges, deepen emotional and spiritual intimacy, and build a resilient, Christ-centered relationship that can thrive through every season of life. I am a Facilitator of Prepare Enrich, I include Prepare-Enrich Assessment in ALL my couple's counseling. Each person has to complete their assessment via Prepare-Enrich website. PREPARE ENRICH IS THE #1 PREMARITAL AND MARRIAGE ASSESSMENT FOR OVER 45 YEARS
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths, build on existing resources, and create practical solutions to the challenges they are facing. Rather than focusing solely on problems, this approach emphasizes hope, resilience, and the small, meaningful changes that can lead to lasting progress. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we identify clear goals, explore past successes and exceptions to problems, and develop realistic strategies that promote positive change. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I believe clients possess many of the strengths and abilities needed to overcome obstacles. My role is to help them recognize those strengths, increase confidence, and develop actionable steps toward the future they desire. For clients who request faith integration, I thoughtfully incorporate Christian principles and biblical wisdom to support emotional, relational, and spiritual growth while remaining grounded in evidence-based care.
