I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2021 after several years working with women, children, and families in community-based agencies. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and grounded in attachment theory. Using a strengths-based approach I use narrative, solution-focused, nature, integrative therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. I enjoy working with individuals who are invested in themselves and are seeking to improve their lifestyles and their mental health. I was a clinical manager for an intensive outpatient program that worked with everyone within the community, but focusing on military, first responders, and hospital employees. My last role was as a psychiatric inpatient social worker working with adolescents and adults. I currently am working for the same facility in a different capacity, supervising their clinicians and completing chart reviews.
