I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist, in which both work together in establishing realistic and self enhancing therapeutic goals. I am passionate about helping individuals so they may achieve their personal wellness goals. I provide a welcoming environment in which the client will feel comfortable to share of themselves. My therapeutic approach is an integrative one founded on evidence-based practices that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) Solution-focused brief therapy, Horticulture therapy, Wellness and mindfulness.
