Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida, with a Master’s degree from Florida State University and five years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges, transitions, relationships, and personal growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale and be yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My approach is warm, compassionate, and judgment-free, and I’ll meet you wherever you are. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and work toward meaningful, realistic changes that help you feel more confident and fulfilled in your life.
I’m Cassy Dorvilier, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Director with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and wholeness. My work has spanned social services, outpatient therapy for children, and leadership in trauma-focused residential care—giving me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life.
In our sessions, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story without judgment. I draw on powerful, evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child Work, and trauma-informed care to help you understand the parts of yourself, heal emotional wounds, and uncover your inner resilience. Whether you are seeking help as an individual or in a group setting, therapy with me is a collaborative process that supports growth, clarity, and self-compassion. I integrate faith into the therapeutic process—honoring Christian values and belief systems while respecting each person’s spiritual path. Whether you’re a woman seeking self-discovery, a man learning new ways to process and communicate emotions, or a child building coping skills and self-esteem, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward a life of deeper understanding and freedom.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping people navigate addiction, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and direct—I bring compassion, honest conversation, and practical tools to our work together. My own experience with recovery and being helped by a counselor shaped my belief that meaningful change is possible. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and take manageable steps toward the life you want.
I am a dedicated therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, offering a space where you can feel understood while also gaining tools you can use in everyday life. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and grief counseling, and is always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I work with clients who are seeking clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change. Together, we focus on building resilience, developing healthier thought patterns, and reconnecting with the values that matter most to you. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported as you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I have been a therapist for over 30 years. I have worked in numerous therapeutic environments that have provided me with a wealth of experience and has given me the opportunity to work with an array of different clients. I am the type of therapist that provides a safe and comfortable environment where the person can be their authentic self and work through the issues that brought them to therapy. My approach is a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters conversations that helps the person address their issues. My therapeutic personal style is to be curious and ask questions so that the person can look at themselves and there issues more deeply. I teach the client to learn coping skills, empower themselves and learn how to solve their own issues.
I value creating a space where people can feel safe enough to slow down, be themselves, and feel genuinely understood. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection; built on trust, respect, and a steady sense of care. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity about each person’s unique experience, rather than assumptions or quick judgments.
I aim to meet you where you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what you need right now. I pay close attention not only to what you’re going through, but also to the strengths, values, and inner resources that have helped you get through difficult moments. Therapy with me is not about having everything figured out; it’s about making sense of things together at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
I bring a thoughtful approach that balances support with insight. At times, this may include reflecting patterns you might not have noticed before or inviting new perspectives when it feels helpful. I often share practical tools, strategies, and resources from evidence-based and relational practices that can support you outside of sessions and help translate insight into everyday life.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people don’t have to go through things alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a general sense that something feels off, therapy can be a place to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. My hope is that our work together helps you build clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are and be met with warmth, care, and thoughtful guidance, I would be honored to create that space.
Hi, and welcome. I know that looking for a therapist can feel intimidating, especially when life has already thrown so many challenges your way. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or even hopeless in the process. But I want you to know—you're not alone, and support is here.
After facing my own personal challenges with relationships, parenting, and identity, I felt called to help others move through the same struggles. With over 15 years of experience, I work as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My work integrates clinical therapy with behavioral science to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating their lives with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back, understand long-standing patterns, and begin building new skills and perspectives that support sustainable change.
When we are treated poorly, pain lingers—often leaving us with more questions than answers: fear, anxiety, uncertainty, mistrust. You are not alone.
You deserve the time and space to express what is on your mind and feel completely seen, valued, and supported. I am committed to helping you find the answers and resolution you deserve. Together, we will create the ultimate conditions for healing, growth, and empowerment for you to reach your goals.
My role is to help during stressful times, and equip you with lasting tools to navigate whatever life brings. I love working with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds and identities, and have extensive experience with straight and LGBTQ+ folx. You'll always find me open, honest, nonjudgmental, and fully present with you.
I look forward to connecting with you and offering the guidance and support you deserve.
I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns.
Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.

I entered the field of social work 10+ years ago to advocate for and assist others in finding their voice. I quickly learned I was able to use my skills to help clients overcome obstacles and navigate broken systems. Over the course of my career, the need to address mental health disparities became apparent, as did the lack of available providers to do so. I became a licensed therapist to help clients live a life free of shame, one that is authentic without needing anyone else’s approval.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 13 years of experience in the Mental Health field. I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I truly believe that the answers are within you. I will serve as a guide to assist you with finding appropriate solutions for your situation. It is my intent to meet you where you are and walk with you until you reach your desired destination.
Ready to break free from overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout? I work with people navigating major life transitions, school or career pressures, low self-esteem, and relationship issues who are ready to break out of exhausting cycles. Together, we’ll move past quick fixes to build lasting emotional resilience, a healthier mindset, and real clarity.
My approach combines practical, daily stress-management tools with deeper self-exploration into why and how these patterns started. I use integrative, evidence-based approaches rooted in humanistic values to empower you to make lasting, meaningful change tailored to your specific goals. We won't just focus on surface-level symptoms—we'll uncover the root causes so you can navigate big shifts, learn to genuinely believe in yourself, and break free from old habits,
I believe deeply in your innate capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you feel truly heard and empowered to navigate life independently.
If you're ready to invest in yourself and your peace of mind, I’d love to connect and support you on your journey.

As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how emotional exhaustion and constant pressure can take a toll. I have lived experience with mental health personally.

Hi, I’m Guyna Dacius, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with teens and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, and the impact of past experiences that continue to shape their day-to-day lives. Many of the individuals I support are high achievers who carry a great deal internally while appearing steady and capable on the outside.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and reflective. I help clients understand the patterns underlying their emotions and responses and explore how these patterns developed over time. Hi! I am Luis Gonzales, a licensed mental health counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor working out of the Tampa area. Having gone through a tragic life altering experience at a young age, I know what it’s like to feel lost and hopeless about the future. When I was 21 I suffered a spinal cord injury that left me paralyzed and wheelchair-bound. Through my journey of recovery I learned firsthand, just how much our thoughts and emotions can become our biggest obstacles in life.
I didn’t become a therapist because I believed life should be perfect—I became a therapist because I know how complex, messy, and deeply human life can be.
Over the years, I’ve sat with many people navigating anxiety, overwhelming life transitions, relationship struggles, and the quiet pressure to “hold it all together.” My goal in therapy is to create a space where you don’t have to do that alone. A space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen and understood. I often work with adults who feel stretched between responsibilities, expectations, and their own emotional needs. I also have a special place in my heart for supporting women and mothers as they move through pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the many emotional layers of parenthood.
In our work together, I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while also focusing on practical tools that help regulate the nervous system and create meaningful change in everyday life. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and help you move toward the life you want to build.
I founded my practice with the intention of creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and human. A place where both clients and clinicians can feel safe to grow, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Outside of my work, I value time with my family, creativity, and designing environments that feel calm, comforting, and restorative—because I believe the spaces we create, both internally and externally, play an important role in healing.

I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, correctional staff, and individuals navigating high-stress careers.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. As someone who personally understands OCD and the experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I know how overwhelming it can feel when old coping strategies stop working and you’re unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and connected to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you’re ready to begin creating a life you genuinely enjoy, I would be honored to support you in that process.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Lynn University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults 35 and over struggling with life stress and family dysfunction. I believe these underlying issues compose our personalities and affect how we interact with others and cause an impact on present relationships, jobs and self-esteem. The symptoms of these historical issues are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and an ability to feel good about oneself.
