My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys.

Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
First session
A typical treatment plan will start with a thorough assessment to understand your unique situation and set personalized goals. We will then explore various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or interpersonal therapy, all tailored to your specific needs. Regular check-ins will be an important part of our process.
