New to Grow
With over 18 years of dedicated service in counseling, I am committed to enhancing mental health and well-being in clients of all ages. My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
A typical treatment plan will start with a thorough assessment to understand your unique situation and set personalized goals. We will then explore various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or interpersonal therapy, all tailored to your specific needs. Regular check-ins will be an important part of our process.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I’m a strong therapist because I genuinely listen and make people feel comfortable being themselves. I’m empathetic, nonjudgmental, and meet clients where they are. I care deeply about helping people grow and I’m always learning so I can show up as the best support possible.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I firmly believe that good mental health is essential for individuals of all ages & working with an experienced counselor increases the probability of a positive outcome. By promoting self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional intelligence, I can contribute to a healthier and more balanced way of life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I guide individuals in identifying automatic thoughts and core beliefs, examining evidence for and against those thoughts, and developing more balanced alternatives.
